Was beyond happy, the room was spotless. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Everything looked brand new. I had the room with the balcony and it was great, little table and chairs. The lady running the place was easy to contact, and very accommodating. Genuinely 10/10 place and in such a great location, I was alone and felt safe.

The location on google is a little off so just keep walking a little further than what it says and you’ll see it.

Room 6 is a comfortable convenient stay with a huge private rooftop terrace with nice neighbourhood

Central convenient location, easy check-in, excellent communication with owner. Nicely decorated and renovated traditional stone house with modern touches.

Amazing room close to heart of split!

Incredible close to the old city walls in split, the room was spacious, super clean and so modern but with an old twist with exposed stone! Host was amazing and so accommodating! Would go back!

Relaxing couples stay in Split

Great location, just a short walk from the taxi drop off and all the main areas of Split. The room was immaculately clean and so comfy. A fantastic stay on our first visit to Split. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a relaxed couples stay in split.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! Room was beautiful - spacious; modern & clean. Even had ritual toiletries (my fave) couldn’t get a better location 11/10. Literally steps from all the restaurants and bars. Less than a 5 minute walk to Zara (not sure if my bank agrees that’s a good thing 😂) And a supermarket 30 seconds away. Our host Iris was amazing 🤩 In contact the whole stay and couldn’t do enough for us. Always on hand offering help and advice. Even introduced us to a famous Croatian footballer! Have recommended to all our friends already and hopefully be back again soon x

Not value for money

Location is just perfect

At booking, an onsite restaurant and bar were confirmed but both were closed for renovation during my stay. No apology- explanation or even complimentary services were offered in lieu of this. The Wi-Fi was down for a few hours at check-in, and no complimentary water or coffee was provided, meaning you have to buy your own. I regretted not choosing so many cheaper options with a kitchen, as basic facilities advertised weren’t available. Finding breakfast each morning was frustrating. Communication was poor—there’s no reception desk, and check-in/out instructions had to be requested via text, often met with a defensive tone. There was no guidance on simple things like trash disposal or towel replacement. A couple waiting to check in had to wait over an hour without assistance, and the owner was unresponsive and blamed guests when finally contacted. The location is great, but these issues are major red flags. I hope management improves their guest communication and services.

Would definitely recommend & would come back for another stay!

• very central, nice restaurants everywhere! Ciri cibi bela is on the opposite side of the hotel, you should try! • host was friendly and instant offered us help & made the suggestion to make reservations for us if we wanted to go somewhere nice • room was clean • ac worked perfectly! • shower gel & soap was there • enough towels

• could have been nice if the room would have got cleaned, we stayed 5 nights so the floor got a lil bit dirty, but nothing dramatic

Super!

Het was een super mooie kamer met groot dakterras(betaal je extra voor). Eigenaresse is aardig. We hebben nog een keer schone handdoeken gekregen en schoon beddengoed. Mooie schone kamer, douche is ook zeer prettig. Lekker bed en kussens. Het ligt echt middenin het centrum van Split. Het gebouw zelf is wel gehorig en niet geluiddicht zoals vermeld, maar je hebt geen last van het geluid op straat. Parkeren kan op 3 min lopen afstand, niet aan te raden want je moet elke keer hopen op een plekje. Al met al zeker aan te raden!!!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer an ruhiger Lage 5 Minuten von Stadtzentrum und Meer. Liebevolle und modernste Einrichtungen. Sehr sauber. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Ansprechperson! Tastefully furnished room in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the town centre and the sea. Lovingly decorated and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Very clean. Friendly and helpful contact person!

Le logement idéal pour découvrir Split le temps d'un weekend !

La chambre répondait à toutes nos attentes : propre, calme, lit kig size, douche et salle de bain propre. Iris était à disposition pour toute question, nous a donné de bons conseils et nous a même permis de quitter la chambre plus tard que prévu. Excellent rapport qualité / prix. Idéalement situé dans le centre ville. La chambre est calme, possibilité d'être complètement dans le noir le matin. Le lit es très confortable, des draps et oreillers comme dans les hotels ! Vous serez contents d'y rentrer après une journée de visite

Je n'étais pas rassurée par le fait que l'hôtel ne soit pas référencé dans Google. Mais pas d'inquiétude ! Les logements sont récents et existent bien. J'aurais aimé qu'il y a une vraie machine à café dans le logement (ce sont des dosettes et une bouilloire).

¡Excepcional!

¡Es de los mejores alojamientos en los que he estado! La habitación es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, y la terraza es espectacular. Todo estaba limpio, bonito, se veía nuevo y olía delicioso. La anfitriona, Iris, es una persona encantadora, súper amable y dispuesta a ayudar con lo que uno necesita. Por ejemplo, mientras yo esperaba a que fuera la hora del check-in, Iris me invitó a un Mojito delicioso que ella misma preparó, y tuvimos una conversación muy agradable. A todo esto se suma que el alojamiento tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Está en el centro, cerca de todo, pero no hay ruido y en la noche pude dormir tranquilamente. En resumen: ¡excepcional! Espero volver pronto a Split, una ciudad que me encantó, y alejarme de nuevo aquí.

Svidjela mi se je ugodna atmosfera soba i objekta koji podsjeća na mali fini boutique hotel. u najstrożem centru grada. Sobe su bas lijepo uređene, dizajn kombinacije modeenog i autohtonog stila. Najvise mi se je svidio king size krevet, baš sam se osjećala kraljevski i svidjeli su mi se detalji poput finih kupki i mirisa.. Preporuka, svakako ću doći opet!!!!
