Good would book again

It was clean, right in the city centre, only a short walk to the marina.

Nice

Well located, near the city center. Walkable to the shops. Comfortable beds, simple and functional room. Easy to find by delivery food company.

The bathroom not my favorite part, but was functional.

Perfect

Great location as it was quiet, but not far from old town. The flat was of a good size and had everything you need - microwave, refrigerator. The owner gave clear instructions and we were able to arrive/check in late.

No lift was a bit hard when you were carrying a 15kg suitcase and needed to go to top floor,

Well priced small apartment

The room, although small, was clean, well ventilated and lit with natural light. It was easy to access with precise details regarding entry. The accompanying photos were very helpful.The apartment was located just outside the Old Town in an area frequented by locals. There are multiple good value eating options nearby.

The bathroom was the lowlight. Old and need of maintenance. I found it impossible to shower without getting a considerable amount of water on the bathroom floor. I also found the bed and pillow to be excessively hard. Others may not but, I did.

Hidden gem!

Such a lovely property, very large and luxurious space. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The bed was so comfy, probably our most comfortable sleep in Europe. Also the ceilings are beautifully high! The location is fantastic for walking into town aswell.

Excellent location, just outside old city. Lots of conveniences around. Apartment clean and tidy and safe. Lovely owners and cleaner.

Great value, convenient location. Nice to have a kitchen.

The owner was super responsive. Gave immediate replies, helped us assess whether we could park in a certain spot, answered our messages right away. The apartment was basic and had what we needed easily accessible. It was not right in the center, but it was a 2-5 minute walk to coffee and the grocery store, and an easy walk into town.

The shower was tiny with only a curtain, which means it sticks to your body when you are trying to wash and also water gets all over the floor. Everything else was totally fine.

Great location for the price paid

Lovely and helpful host. Apartment in an excellent location just a short walk from the centre. The room was nice, had a nice bed and useful fridge. What the price reflects is there is nowhere to hang the shower head, nor the towels, nor the toilet roll, the towels were missing a little softener, the blinds didn’t shut properly (outdoor table in the way and no handle to close) and the building door wouldn’t shut the first day (leaving only the room door for security). Having said that, those were small details given the price, location and that Split is a very safe place.

A&M Apartments good value for money

Our host was very helpful and replied to messages promptly. Excellent central location within walking distance from the bus station. Room was pleasing and very clean with good hot water pressure in the shower. The iron was appreciated. We were able to store our luggage in a locked room after checkout. .

There is a jug but no cups to make tea. This would be a nice addition as travelllers do not usually carry cups. However, this is minor issue. We were very satisfied with the room.

A great place to stopover

Angelo, our host, was fantastic - so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He carried our bags up three flights of stairs, have us lots of inside information for the town and stored our luggage so we could explore the town before catching a boat. Room was large enough for two, with great shutters to keep out light and noise

We thought it was an apartment but found it was only a room in a converted apartment. Probably needs to be explained more on booking.com

Apartment was clean and nice. Great breafast in nearby pancakes cafeteria starting from 8. Angelo was very helpfull and came to pick up us from parking place.

There were troubles with finding a parking place, as in this evening were ongoing different bigger events. Also really need to add shower holder. And walls are very thin.

A good place to stay in Split

The location. The owner of the apartment is really a nice guy. And the quality of the apartment itself is good (much better than others in the city) as it seems to be renovated.

We have nothing to heat up food, neither cutlery nor plates to eat, just a fridge in the apartment. Breakfast is served in a great café but apart from pancakes something else should be offered to eat.

Angello is a great host... personable, attentive and helpful both before and during my trip out to Split. The location is excellent for exploring all the main areas and for the wider area. I had an excellent time in Split made easy by my choice of the A&M apartment. Thanks Angello and well done to the Vatreni!

Convenient rooms for visiting the old town and/or catching a ferry, with a friendly host

The location was good, situated just by the old town and only 5-10 mins drive to the ferry terminal. The host was friendly and helpful. The public car park across the road was convenient (albeit not particularly cheap). The breakfast provided at a crepe cafe round the corner was huge!

Amazing - location, comfort and host

I want to start by thanking Angelo for his availability and for helping us with all our requests (he kept our luggage for the entire day as we had a late evening flight and he is just a very nice, positive person). The flat we stayed in was very spacious and bright new, with high ceilings and a big, comfortable bed. The flat was modern and in a very good location, just 2 min walk to the old town and close to coffee shops - make sure to check out the Luka cake and coffee, delicious, homemade and fresh cakes ;)

One thing only really - just missing a rack to put your shower accessories (shower gel, shampoo), was quite uncomfortable to keep them on the floor. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location, prompt response to messages. Availed of the airport pick up as my flight arrived late evening. was glad I did…very reliable and cheaper than a taxi. Some great tips from Angelo on things to do.

The shower in my room didn’t have a wall attachment. Made hair washing/showering more of an effort than it should be (though water pressure and temperature very good).
