It’s where I would stay on a return trip.

It’s really beautiful. The decor is top notch and is perfectly clean (Like new). All the facilities worked well. Nothing missing. It’s right next to everything you could hope to do in Split. Owner met us and helped us find a place to park. You will like him.

Location was excellent ,,The Decor was modern ,light and airy ,good views from the open windows and it had a good vibe .

Amazing location and everything you need!

The location was perfect!! It was down a little cobbled street away from the busy areas but a walk down the street and our in the centre of it all. We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartment was very modern and clean and had everything you would need! Frane was very lovely and quick to respond to any messages/help.

Excellent location!, Friendly Host!

Excellent location, comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean apartment (a lot of the equipment was new), and the host Frane was really helpful and friendly, following up on queries quickly - even let us store our luggage in the office after checkout as we had a late flight.

Our particular apartment was on the ground floor, and did not have street views - perhaps the higher ones did. Still very quiet though, in a nice area of the old town, so noise was not a problem.

Exceptional apartment. Exceptional location.

This charming apartment was exceptional. Clean, spacious and located close by to the Old Town and Riva. All amenities were top class. The host Frane was polite, friendly and totally professional, who made us feel extremely welcome . Close proximity to cafés, bars, shops, supermarkets and the port.

Perfect.

The location is very quiet and we enjoyed a good sleep! The room is very well prepared with clean bedding and water. We are quite happy with every service done by the friendly host and his colleagues. It was a nice decision to live here in Split!

Great apartment in Split

Villa Spalato apartment is located very close to the old center of Split and all of its attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. We had a very pleasant stay and Frane was very friendly and helpful. He gave us quite in advance instructions on how to get into the flat, which was good because of the small alleys and streets in Split. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There was a functioning AC, which is mandatory for this time of the year. Frane also gave us tips and advice on things to do around Split. Also, the apartment was very silent at night. We had no trouble sleeping

Great location in the heart of the old town. Close to all the best food and drink spots. Great communication from super friendly host Frane. Check in and check out were super easy. Apartment was super clean with brilliant air con and a comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Terrific location. Quiet and very comfortable. Apartment was spotless. Bed and bedding were lovely. Frane is fantastic — met us and told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the surrounding area.

While we loved having a bath, it wasn’t in the bathroom. It was next to the bed! It would have been great if there was a divider between the bath and the bedroom area🙂.

Lo recomiendo sin duda

Ubicado en el viejo Split pero muy cerca de todo. Puedes accesar a pie menos de 10 minutos a las embarcaciones. El departamento está muy cómodo y bien equipado todo de buena calidad.

N’hésitez plus, réservez chez Frane!

L’endroit est ideal pour la découverte de Split et de ses alentours et Frane est un hôte très attentionnné qui répond toujours présent pour toutes demandes. L’appartement est vraiment très beau et extremement propre.

S’il faut trouver un point moins positif, je dirais que des rideaux occultants seraient un plus...quand le soleil se lève tôt et quand on veut flemarder au lit, c’est un peu compliqué...mais après tout on était là pour visiter :-)

Super appartement pour cuisiner et profiter de split

L'emplacement est super, c'est à 2 pas du centre et des plages tout en restant très calme. Les appartements sont spacieux, agréables et fonctionnels. Le propriétaire est super réactif aux demandes et a aussi de bons conseils pour les activités de la régions! Il y a des serviettes de plage pour notre plus grand plaisir L'équipement de cuisine était très complet (à l'étage 2) La climatisation est très efficace :) Les lits sont confortables

Attention aux équipements des appartements. On a loué 2 appartements et ils ne sont pas aménagés de la même façon. Celui du rez n'a pas de lave-vaisselle et la porte du congélateur ne peut pas être ouverte dû à un défaut de placements (un peu étrange). Nous avons préféré l'équipement (cuisine) plus complet du 2eme étage. Cependant le robinet de cuisine devrait être réparé. Lors de la sélection de la température, le levier a tendance à se dévisser. Escaliers et chambres du 2eme fonctionnels mais un peu étroits.

Geweldig apartement en lokatie

Lokatie is geweldig in de oude stad. Alles in de buurt. Het apartement is strak, schoon, modern.

Slechte ventilatie. Niets droogt. Ook niet met de airco op "droog stand". Zomers zal de airco beter ontvochigen is de verwachting. Nu kom je handoeken te kort. Daarnaast hoor je het water van de toiletten van bovenstaande verdiepingen langs stromen. Een lichte slaper zal hier last van hebben. Is niet oplosbaar daar het in de basis een zeer oud gebouw betreft.

Wenn in Split dann nur hier hin!

Die Lage dieser Unterkunft könnte nicht besser sein. Die Kommunikation mit Frane war 1A und als die Therme den Geist aufgab war alles innerhalb von ein paar Stunden repariert. Immer wieder gerne!
