Excellent Location

Kovacic rooms are located on a prime spot. It is a street away from the hussel and bustle of Old Town, but removed enough that it is quiet while you want to sleep. Quaint and peaceful. Thank you, Ingrid!

Great location but not enough beds for us.

Good communication from the host and it is very, very near to the old town. The room was lovely and I’d recommend it for a couple or a family of 3 as the location was amazing.

We booked a room for 4 but there was only 1 large bed and 1 single bed.

spacious, comfortable, very cool design. Nice location Very good customer service good value for money nothing to complain about, only one bit of constructive criticism for future customers!

our hot water was off when we arrived - we were supported in turning it back on, but would’ve been nice if it was checked/informed us before the stay on how to work it. :)

Ideal location

Ingrid is a great host and made communication very easy. Location very central to downtown and to ferry you can walk 10 minutes. Felt safe.

Perfect short stay

Our room at Kovacic residence gave us such a cozy feeling! We didn't expect to like the design as much as we did. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom was spacious and had a smartTV , which is a big bonus for us. The location was very quiet despite being close to the old center. Also we were lucky for find free parking nearby. If we are ever to come back again to Split, we are definitely choosing Kovacic Rooms again!

Good location room could be better

Location is great, check in was friendly.

We did not stay in the room we saw in the photos. The room we stayed at was stuffy and not properly cleaned; we found some trash. The shower gets a little messy as it leaks on the floor. We would have wanted to stay in a clean neat room.

Location was good, very short distances to everywhere.

Bed was poor (penthouse) because the double bed had pit in the centre. Hard to sleep properly when you are falling in the centre. There was no soundproof door etc. so you can hear noise from the other room especially in the mornings.

The lady running this room was really nice and accommodating. She let us store our bags at the property after checkout as our train didn't leave until 10 that night. The rooms were big and very clean. Would recommend staying here.

3 people can’t stay here comfortably

The room looks great, the location is good

The room was very small. Literally, couldn’t have two suitcases open on the floor with any space to walk around. The 2nd bed could be replaced with anything related to a kitchen as there was only a kettle. But no cups, no cutlery, no table to have breakfast on. The shower head was also broken, so had to be held in hand.

Enjoyable Split

Room is very clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom is super clean, hot water enough pressure to enjoy showers. location is in heart of Split, few steps to be in the very known street (Marmontova). Host is helpful even delivered keys before check-in time and was ready to support with luggage storage.

It was a very good location and a very nice and cozy place.

It was a very good location. The apartment was a very good value for two nights. The apartment was very cozy and had a very Croatian Dalmatian traditional feel to it which I wanted to experience. The host was very kind and thoughtful and gave us great recommendations on what to do in Split and recommended to us very good traditional Dalmatian Croatian restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend this stay.

There wasn’t enough hot water for more than one person to take a shower. Others must wait 20min for more warm water.
