- Location: Fantastic, just a 5–10 minute walk to the Old Town, so really central and convenient. - Room: Spacious, with a nice bathroom and a big, comfortable bed. It was also great to have a balcony, despite it being a little small. The air conditioning worked really well and was especially useful given how hot it was! The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, including pots, pans, plates and cutlery. - Quiet: Generally very quiet with the shutters closed, which was great for sleeping.

- 24-hour reception/security: As a solo female traveller, I specifically filtered for accommodation with a 24-hour front desk because having someone available at reception was important to me for feeling safe during my stay. Despite this hotel being listed as having a 24-hour front desk, the reception was not staffed once during my entire 6-night stay. As this was a key factor in my decision to book, I did feel that the listing was misleading in this respect. The hotel also states that it has 24/7 security, although I didn't see any evidence of this during my stay. The front door to the main building was always open, and with there being a strip club just outside, I didn't feel the most safe during my stay. - WiFi: The WiFi was very poor throughout my stay. This also meant that the TV wasn't really usable, as its main functionality requires an internet connection. Because there was no one available at reception, I had to report the issue via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, when I asked what could be done to resolve the WiFi problem, I didn't receive a response, so I had to max out my mobile data. - Cleanliness: There were some issues with cleanliness. For example, the inside of the kettle is full of limescale, which was quite offputting. I also didn't feel like the kitchen items were clean, and neither were the provided items to clean the kitchen items with.

We had a fantastic stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better location in Split. The apartment was in a super convenient spot, with everything in the Old Town being no more than a 10-minute walk away. It made exploring Split incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was very modern, beautifully maintained and extremely clean. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, which made our stay even better. The person managing the property was also fantastic - very attentive, helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries we had. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Split. We would happily stay here again!

Cazarea a fost minunată din toate punctele de vedere. În primul rând, locația centrală ne-a permis să ajungem pe jos la toate atracțiile principale și la promenadă. Spațiul a fost neașteptat de generos și încăpător, oferindu-ne tot confortul necesar. De asemenea, curățenia a fost impecabilă, lucru pe care l-am apreciat în mod deosebit. Recomand cu mare drag!

Deși spațiul a fost ok, prețul pe noapte nu se justifică din cauza mai multor inconveniente. În primul rând, parcarea este extrem de dificilă în zonă, lipsind cu desăvârșire locurile dedicate. Fiind la etajul 1, accesul se face pe multe trepte, ceea ce poate fi obositor la căratul bagajelor. ​Un alt punct slab a fost balconul, extrem de mic, care oferă vedere direct spre o intersecție aglomerată pe unde ies toate mașinile din centrul vechi, generând zgomot. De asemenea, am întâmpinat probleme la baie: canalizarea are un miros neplăcut dacă ventilatorul nu este lăsat pornit în permanență. Per total, apartamentul este decent, dar raportul calitate-preț nu este cel corect.
