A wonderful stay with a warm host, great location, and an overall welcoming atmosphere.

The room was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better – very close to the city center and nightlife. Parking needs to be found nearby, but the host was very kind and showed us where we could temporarily park to drop off our luggage. She’s a truly warm and heartfelt person who made us feel very welcome, shared valuable information and local tips, and even told us a few interesting stories. Truly an outstanding stay – highly recommended!

A beautiful place just near the heart of Old Town and Diocletian Palace.

Ariana was an absolute stunning host. She welcomed us upon our arrival, introduced us to the all we needed to know about the property and then talked with us about the history and City of Split. Ariana was immediately available throughout our stay to address any questions. We were offered special treats as a gift of hospitality. The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable and provided us with all the essentials. The location is excellent. We were just minutes from the walls of Diocletian Palace and within the vicinity of so many shops and cafes and restaurants, etc. We also felt very secure and safe there.

a great quiet retreat in the middle of exploring the city

this is the absolute perfect location for 1/2 people. right in the center of everything. beautiful design, clean and quiet. walked in the room to find complimentary wine and beer, our host Ariana spoiled us. first floor rooms so didn't have to drag my heavy ass luggage up stairs. the feeling of laying on a bed sipping wine while the AC blows ice cold in the middle of a hot split summer is unmatched, thank you for the experience. perfect spot to take a little break when exploring split

Room was very small, with limited space for luggage (but the location was worth it!) · Ground-floor location with courtyard view lacked privacy (curtains had to stay closed)

Right next to the Diocletian's Palace

This property is in the centre, and the walls of the room are part of the palace. This place is surrounded by amazing pubs, bars, restaurants and waterfront spots. The host is amazingly welcoming. She gave us very nice recommendations for eating and sightseeing. She went out of her way to make us feel special! The room was excellent, very comfortable, and with all fine-quality coffee and toiletries. We will definitely stay here again!

Cozy and Confortable Location

The room is cozy and very well organised. The location is just 2-3 minutes walk from Palace and 8-9 minutes walk from central station. You can cover everything from this place. They provided us Wine bottle as a welcome drink. The access is like a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Everything! The host was wonderful, very amenable. Perfect location, beautiful and clean with everything we needed and more. Booked last minute for a real quick overnight stop. Wish we could have stayed longer

Süsses und saubers Zimmer in Split

Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es ist sehr klein, aber für 1-2 Nächte absolut in Ordnung. Bett ist sehr bequem und alles war sehr sauber! Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und hat sehr gute Tipps für einen Aufenthalt in Split gegeben.

un des meilleurs emplacement pour visiter Split

L’emplacement de l’établissement est tout juste parfait. A tout juste quelques minutes du centre historique et des principales activités. Difficile d’être mieux situé. La chambre a été faite avec beaucoup de goût et tous les détails ont été réalisés avec minutie jusqu’au produit de douche et de beauté (Marque Rituals de qualité). De plus Ariana ( la propriétaire) est une personne pleine d’énergie et captivante. Elle a également été très à l’écoute et réactive en répondant à nos demandes. Son aide nous a permis de découvrir de nombreux endroits sympas. Au delà de la ville de Split, ses suggestions sur la Croatie nous ont permis de faire les bons choix et d’optimiser le reste de notre séjour. On ne pouvait pas mieux tombé

Ok mit Abstrichen

Die Lage an sich ist sehr gut und die Betreiberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer sind auch ganz schick hergerichtet. Es handelt sich dabei um 4 separate Zimmer inkl Bad in einer umgebauten Wohnung. Frühstück war auch prima, obgleich man dafür in ein nahe gelegenes Restaurant gehen musste.

Lage war zentral, aber keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Haus selbst ist wenig ansprechend. Zimmer war auch deutlich kleiner als angegeben. Im Bad vermissten wir zweckmäßige Aufhängungen um zB nasse Badehandtuecher zu trocknen. Zudem muss man sich sehr beim duschen vorsehen, da die Dusche nicht abgeschlossen ist und es somit zu Überschwemmungen im Bad und auch WasserEinlauf ins Zimmer kommen kann.

Einfach eintreten und sich rundherum wohlfühlen.

Das Apartment liegt super zentral und ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß vom Fährhafen und Busterminal zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig. Komme gerne wieder.
