We booked a stay here and due to the steep climb to property that our friend couldn’t make due to recent surgery we had to book somewhere else. The lady that greeted us was amazing she helped us with our luggage walking with us to town square and helped us with getting an Uber! Hope to try it again soon!

This location was great. Very close to the core and palace. Plenty of wonderful restaurants and shops close by. Just a short walk from a taxi drop off point. We had a car and lucked out on parking but otherwise need to park about 10 mins walk away. Our host Marijana was great with communication and very welcoming and helpful with our check in. Our rooms were excellent, clean, and spacious. Very quiet area and rooms quiet too. Even had a few breakfast items for us in the fridge. The inner courtyard is a beautiful place to rest and enjoy a drink after touring and before dinner. A very nice hidden gem in Split. A good value and definitely recommend this place.

Marijana made us feel very welcome. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout as we had a late flight, which gave us an extra day walking around Split. The property is very close to the centre but in a quiet spot having its own garden to sit in. The room is spacious and clean. It had all that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend it. Thank you for everything!

The terrace outside was beautiful to eat breakfast. They also had clothing lines there to dry our clothes.The rooms were very comfortable. Marijana was very helpful, friendly and generous. I would recommend this place to stay in Split.

If I come back to Split, I am staying here again. Property is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants but far enough away to not get any nightlife noise. Hotel itself is very clean, safe, and nicely decorated. Marijana the host was a huge highlight - nicest woman, incredibly responsive over WhatsApp, checking in to see if we needed anything, and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. Cannot recommend this place enough! Our room was spacious, clean, AMAZING AC during crazy heat wave (38 C).

Our stay was comfortable, clean, and cozy. Marijana and Martha were super accommodating and attentive. Marijana was easy and fast to communicate with at any time and even assisted us with a late check-in that was even later due to flight delays. To top it off, my partner left something behind in the room without realizing and Marijana notified us and mailed it within hours of us leaving. I cannot recommend Zephyrus enough!

Very pleased with this accommodation. All the room facilities were adequate. Some food and beverages were included in the kitchenette as well as basic toiletries and towels in the bathroom. Pleasant and spacious room and comfortable large bed. Pretty garden area to relax. The owner/manager Marijana was just lovely and extremely helpful and accommodating. Very near to the old town centre so just a few minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and harbour but tucked away in a quiet side street so very little noise. Would highly recommend.

Marijana is an excellent host and her accommodation is wonderful. We only had a classic room but it was very spacious and clean with nice touches and amenities, such as toiletries, tea/coffee, cold drinks and cereals, as well as necessary utensils. The room and bathroom were clean and serviced each day as and if required. Beach towels are available for free use also which we liked as they are bulky to pack! The highlight was most certainly the wonderfully calm and quiet courtyard, it’s like being in an oasis and a lovely place to relax and dine after a busy day. Marijana herself is very helpful, friendly and will assist with anything you need, you could not be in better hands. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to go to split and we thank you again for the wonderful stay xx

Great stat at Zephyrus!! Staff was very friendly. Marijana and Marta were especially accommodating at check-in and check-out, making everything smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious and exactly as described. It was a thoughtful touch to have a few items waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. The location is ideal—perfectly situated between the palace and Marjan Park, with a supermarket, restaurants, and Uber/taxi pickup all close by. We especially enjoyed the shared garden and private terrace. We truly had a wonderful stay and can’t recommend it highly enough!
