Great location, beds were fairly comfortable, portable AC provided.
Rules were very intense. The introduction was 15 minutes of specific rules that made little sense, and communication was very poor. Host entered our room without permission because we left the AC on low during a heatwave. We told him we had to leave at 12:30, which he said was fine, then proceeded to hide in his room while we knocked and called for over 15 minutes causing us to almost miss our international bus. Host was nice, but made us a bit uncomfortable with the constant check ins and using the female washroom instead of male. This room is good for solo male travellers, but I would avoid especially if a solo female.
