very comfortable stay, great location close to the old town but still a separated from the noise. can walk to the old town in 10-15 minutes. comfortable bed, spacious room.

Great stay, would recommend for a short stay

The room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely smell as you walked through the hallway. Requested clean towels and got them straight away. Felt very safe.

Lovely Suites, Fantastic host, Fabulous Holiday

The room was big, clean, had a comfortable bed, air conditioning and large shower. the suites are ideally located about 15 minute walk to the centre and on a quiet street. Ante was so accomodating, easily contacted, friendly and very helpful. He accomodated us with late check out as we weren’t leaving until late in the evening. He provided details of local amenities, trips, tourist attractions, beaches and things we needed to know for our stay. We all enjoyed the trip and would definitely book with Ante again when we return to Split.

Ante was an amazing host and really helpful and helped create a surprise for my partners birthday. Great location and impressive apartment. I will definitely be back! Exceeded expectations!

We’ll come back here when we travel to Split again.

The owner responded quickly to our inquiries. He was also so flexible. The bathroom had a heater which helped us to dry our swimming suits.

When I tried to open the door of the apartment building for the first time, it was little complicated. Needed some tips to open the door.

A little bit noisy as the neighbouring room started playing piano early in the morning and it felt like in the same room.

It was good

The location of the Piano Suites is the biggest + of the accommodation. It is a 10 minute walk to the old city centre of Split. You have a couple of grocery stores in walking distance and a bakery next door. The host is also quick in responding to all questions and needs. He also provides you with a book full of recommendations and activities to do while in Split. Also a big +!

The room is quite good but there are a few things that could be better, that is for me personally. A bigger fridge (the mini-bar does not fit a big water bottle, which you need in those temperatures), a boiler that produces less sound, and soundproof doors. We woke up 2 days in a row because of other guests entering their room. We expected a room with more natural light when we saw the pictures on booking.

Very cool looking room, great design and lots of amenities

It was quite difficult to find, you need to be able to contact the owner to get a key, walking is easier than getting a taxi as it will cost you a lot. Walking takes 15 minutes and really straight forward but it's not easy to find at first so you would more than likely need to get a taxi and make sure your phone is working

Great location

Location is excellent! It's quiet street, but center was in 4 minutes walking distance, few supermarkets were in 300-400 meters, fitness center was like 15 minutes walking distance. The owner was superhelpful. He helped to organize us the laundry, helped with everything we asked for.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable (soft) but it is just our personal preference, and in few days we got used to it. I wouldn't say it is disadvantage, because the whole apartment is very cozy and comfortable

Exceptional

The owner of the property, Ante Zanki was very helpful, friendly and super nice and kind to us. He provided us with very useful information for exploring the Split and some attraction that we could see. Even he was offering us for the pick up from bus station since we came to Split from Dubrovnik by bus. Additionally, he was very approachable if we want ask some other information and he can reply the messages very fast. To be honest we were very happy and worthy staying at Piano Suite compare to our hotel at Lopud (Lafodia Sea Resort). Also the property was very comfortable, feel like you are at your home :) Of course if have a chance to go back to Split I will prefer to stay again at Piano Suites

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a Split e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro storico: perfetta per riposarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La casa è completa di tutto il necessario. Un alloggio ideale per chi vuole vivere la città con comodità e relax.

Hyvä huone, hyvällä sijainnilla

Sijainti on erinomainen. Huone on todella kivan näköinen ja se on ilmastoitu. Myös suihku on suhteellisen tilava ja sielä pyyhkeille kuivain! Ikkunat saa metallisilla rullaverhoilla oikeasti suljettua.

Sängyn alta ei ole siivottu pitkään aikaan, sieltä löytyi sähkötupakka, airpod -kuuloke, homeinen vadelma ja kilo pölyä. Muuten puhtaus oli ok. Huoneen kuvauksessa annettiin ymmärtää että aamiainen kuuluu hintaan... Bed&Breakfast tarkoittaa minulle että siinä on myös aamiainen, vaan eipä ollut... Huoneiston omistaja vaan väitti vastaan että mahdollistuutta aamupalaan ei ole vaikka kuvauksessa myös luki nimenomaan "aamupala tarjoillaa 08.00-11.00... Tästä todella iso miinus.
