The best vacation!

It was an amazing experience. Alen (the host) is a magnificent person, full of wisdom. He made sure that I felt comfortable and that I had everything I needed to have the perfect vacation. He made the perfect suggestions to look for in Split. There is nothing remotely bad to say about his facilities. I had the best vacation ever!

My stay at Pansion Krešić was one of those experiences that remain in your memory long after you return home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmth of the hosts and that special sense of hospitality that instantly makes you feel you’re in the right place. The property itself impressed me with its impeccable cleanliness, tidiness, and pleasant, homely atmosphere. In reality, it looks even better than in the photos. It is located in a peaceful area, perfect for relaxation, yet still close enough to everything you might need. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and carefully prepared, which made me feel right at home. I especially enjoyed the small details and the relaxing atmosphere that can be felt in every corner. The hosts were always smiling, ready to help, and eager to share useful local tips – their dedication to the guest is simply impossible to miss. The only thing I regret is not following all their recommendations – especially the one about the daily boat trip, which I now know should not be missed. The value for money is excellent, and the combination of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality is a true rarity. I warmly recommend Pansion Krešić to everyone, and I will definitely visit again when my travels bring me back to this area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Guesthouse Kresic! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and full of charm — exactly like the pictures, if not better. The location is perfect, offering peace and quiet while still being close to everything you might need. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared, making me feel right at home. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the house. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always ready to help with a smile and great local tips. For the price, the value is unbeatable — it’s rare to find such a combination of comfort, cleanliness, and kindness. Highly recommend, hope to visit again in the future!

Amazing location, just 500m from Vidilica (amazing view on the port, waterfront and the city) and city center. Rooms are modern,cozy and clean. Also big plus is having parking place almost in the center of the city. Our hosts were super kind helpful and friendly. Thanks to their recommendations we seen so many beautiful places in the city.

Great time, would definitly recommend

I had a great time there, Alen is very friendly and it has been a pleasure to discuss with him. The appartment is very well located, beaches are close by and so is the city center, you can enjoy both the pleasure to be in nature and the activity of the city. It's very quiet at night and air conditionning was great given the temperature. I definitly recommend this location, I was there with my 2 teenagers and they had a great time.

The location of this property is excellent a short walk to all the main areas and park/ beach. A slight up hill walk on the way back. The property was extremely clean and had lots of room. Our host was very helpful and friendly, quick and easy to communicate with and provided some brilliant recommendations. Also made sure we had parking!

Really comfortable apartment with everything you need for a perfect stay. Location is 5-10min to city center but also peaceful. Alen was an extremely attentive host, he gave us great recommendations and helped us in everything he could. If we ever come back to Split, we will for sure stay here again.

Alen and his family were some of the most welcoming hosts I've experienced while travelling, the apartment has everything for an enjoyable stay with parking right outside. In a perfect spot a few minutes walk away from the old town and exploring around Marjan. Even with being close to the old town it's a really quiet and private area to relax. I'd highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning.

Alen was wonderful from start to finish. Not only was the property perfect for our stay, but the extra touches such as picking us up from the airport, giving us advice on where to visit and giving us a little tour of Salona before we left were amazing! STAY HERE :) Thank you Alen xxx

It was perfect! Alen (the host) was so nice and friendly and helped with everything we needed! He was the perfect host and the apartment was super nice, the air con was great and the house was super pretty and had a perfect location! The location was 5 min walk from the high street and in a super quiet neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and to everyone considering thins place! Also Split is a nice city and super pretty! We already miss you Alen!

The owner is fun and helpful, who gave us excellent suggestions on restaurants and transports. The location of the apartment is amazing, walking distance to the main habour. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, no disturbance. It's the perfect place to chill after exploring the city.

The place felt homey. My room was on the second floor and loved that I got a lot of light. Owner was pleasant, hospitable and helpful. He easily made me feel at home.

Very nice, cosy and clean room close to the Old Town of Split (3 mins walk), but still a quiet location. Lovely seating area outside with a small garden, nice for having breakfast or some drinks after a long day. As said, Old Town, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets very close. Alen and his family were very friendly and helpful, any needs or questions were met immediately. We felt very welcome and if in Split again we would definitely stay at this place again.

Everything you would want

Property itself was clean, well equipped and located only a 5 min walk from the city centre. Check in was smooth and we were greeted with a beer and useful rundown on all the best things to do around the local areas (day trips, restaurant recommendations etc). Honestly such an amazing guy who made us feel welcome and at home for the whole of the stay. Booked last minute and didn’t really know what to expect but would recommend to anyone that is planning a trip to split.

We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back! We stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave. The host and the whole family made us feel so welcome, it was a lovely atmosphere. He helped with any questions and even carried our luggage up the stairs. The apartment is so nice and spacious, well equipped, and has a nice little veranda/patio. The location is amazing! Quiet area but so close to the heart of Split, only about a 5 minute walk! He helped with parking in front of the house so we didn't have to worry about that either.

Amazing stay at Alen and his family

The owner, Alen, is an amazing man. Very friendly, hospitable and helpful. He makes sure that you enjoy your vacation, the way you want. Clean, that almost doesn't cover how well this was. Before entering, he said he was vaccinated and that the safety of his guests is very important to him. The room was flawless, the remote controls were covered in plastic. The bathroom was modern, the shower great. The apartment is located very close to the center of the city, in a few minutes walk you're in the old part of town. A bakery is around the corner and if needed, a supermarket 2min walk away.

Excellent host, clean apartment, loved the modern bathroom, location superb and a nice garden and plants. Bakery in the end of the street is a big bonus.
