Amazing stay! Highly recommend!!

Great location just out of the city center. They had parking on site!!! Which is a rarity in these cities it seems. Beautiful apartment. The ‘kitchen’ is a shared space. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean (shared with another room-not an issue for us as we just made friends!).

Great location, wonderful staff, beautiful room!

Staff was super communicative to our requests, and helped us hold our luggage and check in early. Any needs we had were quickly met, and the room was amazingly comfortable. The blackout curtains were also very clutch due to the sun coming in the windows very early in the morning.

It honestly was a perfect place to stay at the end of our honeymoon. It really put an awesome bookend on the trip!

Great place to stay in Split

Great location, we were accommodated with twin beds which were exceptionally comfortable. Large and spacious bathroom. Large terrace overlooking the sea. Aircon was very good and cooled the room effectively. Host was really lovely and easily contactable. Would stay again.

Luxurious stay

Double suite room is very spacious, close to Split old town which has many restaurants and ferries etc, and 15 min walk to the nearest beach. The rooms were comfortable, exactly as shown on photos, very clean, and the staff were amazing! Ivana was a wonderful host and extremely helpful.

The double suite room does not have any views. But it makes up for it in size, privacy, and amenities.

Magical town. Full of hidden gems

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Costabella. From the beginning, the communication from the host was consistent and informative, which made me feel reassured and confident in the booking I made. The property itself was of an exceptionally high standard throughout—well-maintained, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. What truly stood out was the friendly and helpful management team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable and stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful accomodation in brilliant location. Ivana was especially helpful and provided us with everything we needed.

No lift which made it a little bit awkward as our cases were very heavy but it wouldn’t stop us returning as it was otherwise the best place to stay. Very happy!

beautiful place near the old city of Split, with a magnificent view if you have a room with balcony

I had a room with balcony and it was a beautiful view with the sea, the boats, ... I had bit difficult to find the place but it's just a bit behind the ambassador hotel. I slept very well. Ivanna the reservation manager was very friendly and helpful. I must say that all my colleagues were a bit jealous of my place :-)

I wouldn't stay anywhere in in Split.

This property completely exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless upon arrival — everything felt fresh, tidy, and well cared for. I especially appreciated the modern touches throughout: from the sleek kitchen appliances to the beautifully renovated bathroom. The heated floors in the bathroom were such a luxurious surprise and made a big difference during cooler mornings. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of room to unpack and settle in, and the bed itself was incredibly comfortable, I also loved that the apartment included thoughtful amenities like an iron and a full-sized ironing board, which came in handy and is often overlooked in rentals. Location-wise, it strikes the perfect balance. It's only about an 8-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to all the action, but just far enough away to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. One of my favorite little details was the view — beautiful yachts often dock right in front of the building, adding a subtle touch of charm and luxury to the atmosphere. Truly a gem — I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location just a short walk from the old town action. Good grocery store next door for supplies. Fantastic view and nice balcony for sitting in the evenings. Amazing shower, and very comfortable bed. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Complete studio apartment with good size rooms. Well equipped with everything, including a washing machine. Super friendly staff very helpful, especially for parking a car.

Location was great and very easy to walk into town. Only points to note for us were that the bedroom window is very noisy being next to the lane, maybe some better sound insulation for this window? Also we did not know the code to get up to the main bar and terrace area so we were unable to use these facilities during our stay. We did enjoy ourselves however and would book again if we come back!

The location was key for me as I had business onboard a yacht docked at West Coast. A washing machine was also a key factor as we’d been on the road a while.

Great location, very convenient stay and nice decorated room

the room it’s self was nice great decor inside, you do have to walk through a dark and not as nicely decorated entrance to get too it. It was a very small room but was nice, there was a bad smell coming from the vents in the bathroom but didn’t seem like anything could be done about it. great location though was such a close walk into the centre everything was walking distance and you have a great view from the room with city/ sea view
