It was cozy and enough space and the garden was great to sit and talk with the other residents. Like a WG on time

Sanda was really very nice and helpful. She has a good sense of humor and was also very accessible if you wanted to know something. She showed up every day as best she could and made sure everything was tidy and clean.

For the price and location, there's not really anything to complain about. Only the shower head in the blue bathroom has a single jet that does not come out vertically like all the others but sideways. But that is complaining on a high level. Sanda has replaced the things that were empty. Therefore, it is only a small thing that does not bother. There is a second bathroom. This even has a shower tray

The beds were very uncomfortable. The price was high for the quality of the accomodation. Someone came into our room when we were not there. That is not acceptable!

Good stay!

Branimir and her sister Sandra are really nice host. They guided me for visiting important locations in Split. Everything is on walking distance. Beautiful park, beach in just few minutes walking.

A cosy place basic but every is available and is working.

Kitchen bath (is small but fine) room is big I warmed it perfect with the heat of airco.

To dark evenings specially in Croatie the evenings start very early and this is below ground place soeterain. I need more light. Garden has too much trees it takes away much daylight too but very beautyfull. The bed can be better with a top matras I suppose.

Exceptional

The rooms and the shared kitchen are equipped with everything you need. The bathrooms always clean. Sanda and Branimir, the two hosts, look for it every day and ask if everything is okay. Both are very open, flexible and interested people who like to travel themselves. I highly recommend getting to know both of them.

Lovely

Sanda, owners sister is very friendly and helped us the best way she could bringing us to a free parking spot, showing in the map where to go and to eat. They have a great garden and the beach where the locals like to go which is also more relax is just 15min walking distance. Place was very clean, room with aircon and all kitchen facilities available. Thank you Sanda for having me here!

The host is very nice and helpful. The location is very good. Kitchen has most everything you need. WiFi is strong.

I was a bit disappointed to learn the room had a shared bath off the hallway (no info explaining this prior to booking) and that it was a garden level, apartment and not have a garden view as advertised. The signage was difficult to see.

Owner is nice and accommodating. Room is ok. It's in the basement, so there's is not too much light which is probably perfect during hot summer days.

The parking spot is on public parking and although it was off season there was nowhere to park, so we had to leave our car around 10min from the Rooms Zuvan. I can only imagine how hard it is to park during the high season...
