Execellent stay in Split

Host is so friendly. He allowed us to have early check in at 8:30am and helped me to bring my suitcase to the apartment and downstair when we checked out. We also could leave our luggage until 8pm after check out. The room is enough spacious, even with a sofa, a table and chairs. The bathroom is clean with a shampoo and shower gel. The location is super good, only 10m walking to the old town, city bus station or bus station to Trogir or Kliss/Solin. Only with 50€ for 2 nights, that’s over my expectations

Excellent host and very cooperative. Sparkling clean, easy to check in and out. Very safe and all amenities needed were available. I wish I had more time to stay at this lovely home, but I plan to visit again, hopefully soon.

Comfy room, close to bus station and old town

The room is very good and close to the bus station. Not far from the apartment there is a grocery store. And it takes only like 7-10 minutes to get to the old town part. The room itself was really big, tidy and clean. The bedclothes were clean and bed was pretty comfy. The bathroom was spacious and clean; hot water is 24/7. Additionally, the host is extremely friendly, the communication was quick and nice.

My husband and I had such a fantastic stay at Private Accommodation Raspudic in Split. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed by the host, who was kind, patient, attentive. The location couldn’t be better.. just a few minutes’ walk to the Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed to feel at home. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning kept us cool, and it was the perfect place to return to after exploring. What made our stay especially memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality. We felt truly cared for and completely at ease, which made our time in Split even more special. We would wholeheartedly recommend Private Accommodation Raspudic to any couple visiting Split.. it’s comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located. We left with wonderful memories and would love to return. Hvala 🙂

Great location and price for a 1 night stay!

The location was great- 15 minute walk from the port/bus station and not far from the old town and many restaurants. The owner was communicative ahead of time to coordinate the check in, and he was very kind and welcoming. The room had what we needed and for a night, it suited our needs well. The bathroom was also very nice and we only had to share it with one other couple. For the cost and location, this place was great!

The bed and pillow were a little firmer than I like but it was still fine for a night. The bathroom door had a tendency to stick a little bit, so I thought it was being used for quite a while when I just needed to push it with more force. Just little things!

Excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the old town and close to multiple supermarkets and shops. Lovely owner who was very kind and extremely helpful. Facilities were clean and the room was just what we needed. Extremely great value for money - would recommend staying here to everyone! :)

Excellent stay!

Welcomed by the host and he showed us around the room and facilities. The room was big and had a wardrobe, a big bed and a fridge. The aircon had a remote to change controls. Bathroom was shared but big and good shower. Excellent location, close to the port and to town. Had a supermarket nearby. Excellent stay and lovely host, wish we stayed longer!

Great Location

Very kind friendly host. We could leave our luggage before check in and the host was so kind to us to even leave our bags for one day at the property when we visited Plitvice lakes. Within walking distance to old town and ferry port. Good location, easy walk to restaurants and beautiful promenade. Little grocer store next door for snacks etc. Will be back if we do visit Split in future.

Lovely stay

Super clean. Easy walk to old town and harbour. Nice area to walk to beaches. Very friendly and very kind host. We could leave our bags at the property when we left for Plitvice for a day and returned the next day. He was super kind. Big room with fridge. Small supermarket next door.

The host is very kind and lovley, and keeps the bathroom very clean so it doesn't at all feel like it is shared. The room was spacious and had really good air conditioning. The location is perfect as it is right next to a supermarket, and a 10 minute walk from both the old town and the beach.

It is a little difficult to find once you are inside the building. The entrance is one flight up the stairs, however there are no instructions where to go.

Great place in Split

The location is great. There is a supermarket basically next door. Walk to the main attractions, bus station and ferry within 10 to 15 minutes. Very easy to get the markets and the old town. It is safe to walk to and from the accomodation to all the main areas. Bed was comfortable and had a fridge and a kettle. Room really roomy with a TV and desk as well. Everything was very clean. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Able to use the washing machine as well and a small clothes line outside your window. Wifi quick. Had a great stay and would recommend for a single or couple.

The stuff was very nice and ready to meet the customer. Free washing machine. Location is close to the city center Bed is comfortable. Fridge and teapot were includeed. Also two plates, two glasses, two forks.

Good localisation, very nice and helpful stuff (I've asked for two separate blankets, there were no problem, but blankets had a unpleasant smell), clean sheets, very big room and bed
