Quiet comfortable apartment in great Split location

First, great location! It's within a 1 minute walk from the Promenade which is a beautiful place to walk along the water and not even 10 minute walk to the Diocletian Palace and the old town which is full of restaurants. The directions to the property were a bit complex, but with a lot of very detailed information from the owner, it ended up being a breeze to find. Very well updated property, everything is in great condition and clean, and the AC was great; small but very functional bathroom, great shower. It's very quiet too even though it's so close to the hubbub of Split. The apartment has a washing machine, I did not use it but for longer stays it would be very convenient. Also, it was wonderful to find a list of recommended restaurants with details of what they served in general (e.g., fish vs. meat) and addresses! Great wifi, very fast!

Absolutely no view - the window looks toward a wall across the alley; no big deal for me as I was mostly out for the day, back only to sleep. The bed is comfortable on one side, but the side that's used most is a bit "tired" and leans toward the room.

Fantastic bolt hole for exploring beautiful Split

Fabulous central location, difficult to find on the map but the owner provided excellent instructions. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed with good quality linen and pillows. Aircon worked well when needed and shower was perfect temp and pressure. Owner kindly allowed me to leave luggage after check out so I could soak up as much of Split as I was able. There were a number of good restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, within a minute of the apartment which was super handy.

One small complaint was the noise from the boiler located in the bathroom, which I think functions for the other apartments as well as 7B, not sure much could be done about it and I did get used to it after a day or so.

Anna was so helpful from get go, we checked in quite late and she text us clearly how to get into the room..The room was spotless clean the bed was very comfortable it couldn't be faulted...ac great kitchen fully kitted out... It's a very convenient location, perfect to get to the main areas only 5 mins walk Easy check in easy checkout-host on whatsapp and she replied within mins

The studio is very nice, well-equipped and clean. The location is also very good.

Everything was great, but it smelled a lot like someone had been there smoking for a while. The cigarettes smell lasted our whole stay and was a little bit disturbing.

granted we’re in Europe, but the bathroom for a 6’1” person did not allow you to sit straight on the toilet. your legs had to be at an angle.

Central location, modern look/feel, very clean and secure. great value for money. We’ll equipped - iron, toaster etc.

The apartment is in an excellent location! A few minutes walk from the Riva front where you have all the restaurants shopping etc The apartment was super clean and cosy. The shower and air con was really good - providing perfect temperatures!

The apartment was very small not enough space to put luggage. The bathroom was very tiny. The lock on the 2nd door to the apartment was very stiff so needed a bit of force to open.

Location was great although I think next time we would look at right side of the port. Beds where really comfy. Anna was helpful before we arrived and during our stay.

We had delux room. That was room only with en-suite. We had a kettle and small fridge. But room was tiny. But value for money

Fantastic modern great value apartment with a superb host

Host was amazing and gave us a great intro and good advice on where to go. The room was super modern and clean and very comfortable. The location was incredible. Loads if lovely restaurants and bars in a very short distance and so close to the Riva waterfront and old town of split. Highly recommend great value

By the second shower the water wasn't particularly hot - maybe we needed to leave it a little longer in between the two showers

Well renovated small room right near Diocletian's Palace. Room has been well renovated but is a touch small for two people.

Hot water tank is very small, this isn't a huge deal but be aware to be quick with showers if more than one person is going to shower.

Very clean with mini fridge, pot, and microwave. Conveniently located with easy access to Split port, Riva, restaurants and grocery stores. Luxurious heavy weight towels. Great a/c unit needed as it gets warm.

Room air fresheners were bothersome for me. Too heavily fragranced
