We enjoyed our stay and the view was great .

The view from balcony was beautiful . Beds were comfy . Location very good .

There was a spiral staircase of 39 steps up to our room . I only had a small suitcase but even that was tricky . It needs to be mentioned in property description . The towels were only hand size , no larger towels for showering . They were also very worn and need replaced . Possibly outdoor table & chairs on balcony ? We had to use the indoor stools which were not ideal or comfortable .

Beautiful area .. less than 5 minutes walk to everything 😍

Accommodation was lovely, clean and tidy but maybe could do with a little bit of updating. It Had lovely balcony with a view of the harbour across the rooftops. It's in a nice quiet area but still less than a 5 minute walk to everything, the old town and the harbour. Host was very nice and carried my case up and down the stairs for me. I would certainly recommend staying there.

The stairs were a little bit much for me, but then again I'm in the older age bracket, but if you want a view you need to climb stairs. I wouldn't let it put anyone off as the view is lovely 😻

Unsafe for women

Little studio with everything you could need. Sofa bed was ok for sleeping. AC working. Just outside the busy streets so it is quiet there (except when people talk in the hall as you can hear it).

I DO NOT recommend for women !! Felt unsafe there. A weird friend of the owner entering the building and ringing and trying to enter the flat in the morning looking for the owner. And the owner entering the flat 2 mins before checkout without knocking ! As a solo woman traveller this is NOT at all acceptable ! I do not recommend !

Nice and cozy accommodation in Split!

We stayed in the top-floor room, right under the roof, with a lovely balcony and an incredible view of the city and the sea. It truly felt like living in a little castle tower — especially in the evenings when everything quiets down. Our host, Marko, greeted us personally and showed us around. He was very kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of Split.

We loved the location, it was very clean, the air con and fridge worked, balcony and views were great.

Not a massive set back but the towels were a bit small for a full body towel. Mattresses could do with an update but we still slept reasonable well.

Top floor. Gorgeous view! Lovely host marko who met you outside and brought you into the room.

I’m grateful that me and my partner had backpacks instead of suit cases as you don’t know till your there but you had to walk up a flight of stairs that’s almost like a lighthouse. It’s beautiful but if you had a suitcase it would be difficult.

It is very beautifully located in the old town and close to all the attractions and walking distance to bus stops and stations. Marko was so accommodating and helpful. The room had all the essentials with great use of space.

A convient place to rest during our stay in Split.

The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location was convenient.

The light from the stairwell showed through the glass on the wall. The sound of door slamming as if it was our own door even though it was downstairs.

Host was nice and helpful, room clean and beds comfy. Great view from the balcony, very calm surroundings despite being a very short walk of the center. Over all a great choice if you don't need a lot of space.

Bathroom is lacking of a closed bin for people with periods. There are bins in the rooms though.

Worked for one night, but wouldn’t go back

Close to the city centre.

Very steep stairs that you had to walk up and down in to get to the bathroom. It said towels were included, and well yeah, we got towels for you hands … No curtains for the window so it got SUPER light very early which made it hard to sleep. Har to find which house it was since there was no signs at all…

shared bathroom and toilet (but it is cleaned by personell every day) :) maybe a little bit difficult to find nevertheless local people helped us on their own :)
