OK for one night

The host was nice, helped us find the room on FaceTime.

The bathroom did not feel clean. The sink was dirty, the cups that was there were not clean. Only stayed for one night, ok. Would not stay here if we were to spend more days in Split.

Great Location, but need to pay attention to details

The host was very friendly, I was given very detailed instructions to the place, and also allowed to check in a little earlier, the location is unbeatable, and the facilities around were also fantastic, many places for food and drinks, walking distance to all sights. The renovated old building adds charm to it. So all that was great.

Unfortunately, the place was not very clean, the footmat in the bathroom was even coming apart, and the kettle was full of calc everywhere. The mattress was also overused already, and therefore, the sleep was not very comfortable. Changing those things, and taking more care of the place, I would otherwise recommend this option to stay in Split.

Disappointed a bit in the facility but GREAT location.

Location, location, location. The laundry rack was helpful, nice table/chairs. Nice frig/oven/stove.

Hard to find, no plaque with name of facility & address almost worn off. Futon couch/bed extremely uncomfortable. Shabby exterior/hallway/stairs (coat of paint would help.) No amenities like shampoo. Thin & rough towels.

Even though the price was high for one night we enjoyed our stay as much as we can

Lucy was very reactive to our messages, providing all details needed. The apartment is well located near the tourists sites, 3min walk from a supermarket, many restaurants around in area, 7min walk from the port and 15min walk from the Bus station.

The bed was not comfortable, it makes sounds every time you move on it, the mattress was thin on the edge as if there was no support underneath it.

Absolutley fantastic - would 110% return!

The location, the shutters, the stone wall, powerful shower, great air conditioning! Lucie was so helpful and informative and so quick to reply with any queries. She even helped by making a reservation for me on my partners birthday. Nothing was too much trouble.

Put a little note saying don’t turn off the boiler. We thought we had no hot water and contacted Lucie. Turns out I had flicked the wrong switch and many other guests have done the same. Quickly resolved but maybe a little sign would help :)

Modern decorated room in an old building

The location is great, within walkable distance from the city center. The old stone walls offer a cold and cozy atmosphere during hot summer days. The room might seem small, but each square meter of the floorplan is perfectly used.

The nearby restaurant might seem too noisy if one wants to sleep with the windows open. However, the window is doing a great job, by closing it the room will be perfectly soundproof from the outside noise and the AC will do the job of refreshing the air. Anyway, the restaurant will close at 1am, so, if you are a night owl, you will not be affected at all.

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, é accogliente e ristrutturata.

Anche se la stanza è ristrutturata, il condominio dove si trova purtroppo cade quasi a pezzi. Per me il prezzo é troppo alto per il tipo di struttura.

Lo único que no me gustó era que se escuchaba los pasos de la vecina de arriba , parecía que estaban en tu apartamento. Si arreglaran ese problema , el apartamento sería un 10

Hermoso departamento muy espacioso!

Gigante el departamento! Super cómodo, ubicación perfecta! Muy recomendado! Cocina full equipada, el anfitrión nos dejó café para preparar que fue muy útil! Precioso el departamento y muy espacioso! Fuimos 2 personas y estuvimos muy cómodas! Muy bonito y muy bien iluminado! Al lado de la pasarela principal, restaurantes y supermercados!
