Great location and spotless!

Perfect location, lovely room, clean with good facilities.

We were told check-out would be at 11am but we had cleaners at the door at 10:30 asking us to leave

Very comfortable stay

We picked this place because it was newly renovated (I think some of the lower ratings was from pre-renovation) and it had a washer for us to do laundry during our travels. The host Davor met us during check in and was very kind in offering recommendation for food and groceries. The room is quite small in a cute way, but it has everything you need from washer to a fully stocked kitchen -- we made some simple meals and the space was more than sufficient. There was also a common area outside to relax. The whole space was nice for having lazy mornings with coffee and breakfast. We took a uber to the airport and it costs 32EUR. The guesthouse is on a pedestrian street but you need to just walk 3min to the main road

Very close to the city centre and shops, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. Aircon was very good. Comfortable bed. Good outside area for a group. The host was very amenable and friendly. The WiFi was great. Good kitchen facilities. Overall great accommodation especially given the price.

A little rough, but alright stay.

The place was clean and cozy. It is a cute little unit. Everything was clean. They fixed the internet and it was fast. It started out rough, and we were initially displeased and disappointed with our host. Marina attempted to rectify and fix the situation to the best of her ability. We understand that not everything is perfect and that situations can happen. So overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We encountered a mishap on the first night of our stay. We had to relocate to another place because the power to our unit was out. The temporary place was disgusting and was not a pleasant experience. It was not the standard we were expecting. We ended up finding a new place for the night on our own before proceeding to our original unit the next day. During our stay, we had a drunk tourist banging on our door for about 15 minutes, asking to come in. I had to tell him multiple times that he got the wrong unit before he finally realized his mistake. On the next night, we had two separate group knock on our door thinking that our unit was their rental unit at 10pm, just when we were sleeping. The same group of college students were blasting their music until 12am.

The flat is really lovely and cosy. It feels like home, because you have access to a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, TV, etc. What's more - it is located super close to the old town.

We spotted a couple of cockroaches - some were dead, some alive... After one night we asked the owner for refund and moved to a different apartment...

Exceptional

Davor is really nice and really attentive. He would talk care of every request I had and helped me with things which I needed or I ran out of. The apartment is quite close to the center and the old town, where you can find many cafés, bars and bakeries. There is also a great bakery just two minutes away from the apartment.

Lovely and comfortable!

The place was tidy, had everything we needed (fridge, kitchen) and more (washing machine). Our host gave us a free upgrade for the room but most of all wonderful local tips about Split.

The fridge made a lot of noise during the night.

Perfect location to stay!

Apartment is cosy and clean, located in lovely area where you can feel like local croatian. Only 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and Trg Republike. There was included everything what we could need. Owner was very friendly and also we've got two cans of beer and water to drink in the fridge.

There were only a few places to park, which are always full. The closet car park is about 4 minutes walk.

The property was clean, and had good facilities such as air con and washer machine. The host was very friendly and getting the keys was easy. It is a nice room but not fancy.

This property is maybe 15 mins uphill so was difficult with suitcases or returning after a night out. It was very noisy, the walls are paper thin, we heard the couple next door at it early in the morning and also woken up at 3am with noisy drunk people returning home. For these reasons and the bed is not the comfiest I did not sleep so great for 3 nights here.

The cooking supplies were high quality and easy to use. The propane burners on the stove were also very nice.

The unit is built on a hill and the floor is broken up by several little steps. Just took a few stubbed toes to get used to them.

Cozy place, an amazing host :)

We've been traveling for 2 weeks in Croatia visiting many cities, but we haven't had such a kind and hospitable host until arriving here. Davor has been amazing, giving us advice about Split and taking care of everything we asked for. We booked a double room however since the studio was available he gave it to us which we are grateful for. The place is 5min away from the city center and its very cozy, well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back one day. :)

Fabulous

Everything was great. I got a WhatsApp message some hours before I was due to arrive and the landlord Davor was very helpful sending me a timetable for the shuttle bus. The flat was spotless and most things necessary were there (with the exception of a cloth and sponge /brush for washing up...). Checking out was equally straightforward. I had a lovely relaxing time in Split as an introduction to Croatia (looking forward to coming back to do some more serious exploration...)

The coffee machine did not work properly (did not pierce the capsules...)

Idealna lokalizacja - w obrębie 5 minut spacerkiem znajduje się wejście na Marjan, Plac Republiki oraz idąc na północ piekarnie lub supermarkety. Pełne wyposażenie mieszkania wliczając w to: ręczniki, płyny do kąpieli, płyny do prania, sprawna pralka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, klimatyzacja, mały telewizor z telewizją internetową. I co najważniejsze sprawnie działające WIFI. Zdjęcia w pełni adekwatne do rzeczywistego stanu.

Pokój definitywnie nie jest przeznaczony dla osób o ponadprzeciętnym wzroście. Lokalizacja małych okienek jest na tyle niefortunna, że w słoneczny dzień pokój jest ciemny oraz nie ma przepływu powietrza. Trzeba się przygotować na duchotę - chyba, że ktoś jest zwolennikiem mocnej klimatyzacji.

El apartamento es algo pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario y es muy cómodo para una pareja. Volvería a elegirlo. El anfitrion es muy amable y servicial. Se encargó de que tengamos todo lo que necesitabamos. El apartamento tiene lavarropas, microondas, anafe electrico, pava electrica, todo lo necesario. Tiene TV satelital con canales de todo el mundo en vivo.

Es algo dificil encontrar el apartamento ya que esta en una calle pequeña que no es accesible con auto, pero es algo que sucede en casi todos los apartamentos de la zona.

Die Lage kann kaum besser sein. Man ist überall zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein und perfekt für einen Kurztrip.
