Exceptional

Josip, the owner was very friendly and welcome. Gave many advice and shared great tips in Split.

Price was very high, but it's related to the Ultra festival that was happening during our period.

Great short break in Split

We booked this property for its close location to the Poljud stadium as we were there for a match and it couldn’t have been closer. It’s a decent walk from the old town but that wasn’t an issue. Great host who will assist with any requests.

Superb

Great room, good facilities, little walk from centre which I found suited as Split is very busy and touristy in middle area.. Supermarkets close. Plus the football stadium 1 min away and the split mall 1km. All in all worth the money and I would stay again.

A friendly and helpful host who left a bottle of water and wine as a welcome gift. Very comfortable (great mattress unlike other hostels and apartments that go for the cheapest one). 10-15min from Split's city centre. Plenty of parking spaces nearby.

Exceptional room

The room is super comfortable. There is a balcony where you can hang wet clothing, the drawer is stocked with cutleries, dishes, knives and even a chopping board. The bathroom is really modern and clean. The bus stop for bus 11/17 to the city center is very close by and to Lidl it is just 5 mins walk. Last but not least, the hosts are great!

Everything was as described! The only thing that didn't fit the description was the coffee maker. I don't understand why the description includes perfect coffee based on several guest reviews. There was a kettle. I just dont understand what these opinions was based on.

Locatia e ok in ansamblu insa te poate frapa la inceput marimea celor doua blocuri foarte mari din perioada socialista. A fost o experinta noua.
