Wonderfull staff in a convenient location

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me a lot when I had a problem with AVIS. I was also able to recover my wife's Kindle which she had forgotten in the hotel room when we left.

Perugia stay

Marta, the sales manager, was exceptional & went beyond the call of duty to help us get to the main train station, which was a couple of miles away & no local taxis were available. Restaurant meal was lovely & value for money. On-site car parking is very good.

The hotel is some distance down the hill from the main town centre & therefore taxis may be required. Breakfast is adequate, but bacon & scrambled eggs are served from the same dome plate, which is not good for vegetarians or people who may have allergies. Bar was not manned continually & we had to find a member of staff to serve us drinks. As a result, we were unable to order a 2nd drink.

Could be much better

The staff, helpful and friendly

No air conditioning despite it was listed. We got a room in the 6th floor with elevator reaching only up to the 5th floor. Poor lighting in the rooms. Big open terrace with no separation among adjacent rooms.

Good value for price

Excellent food at the restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable. A big plus is the free parking available.

Disappointing and exhausting

It wasn’t too far from Perugia

Right by the motorway but poor sound insulation. Room was sold as a superior room but it was tiny with rubbish from previous guest left in it and a random table light that didn’t work sitting on the floor. sockets didn’t work. Bed absolutely rock hard. Fridge bar hadn’t been restocked since previous guest. incredibly loud throughout the night. Tiny bathroom, poor quality toilet paper and soaps. Breakfast poor - no fresh juice, stale croissants. Staff not overly helpful - one concierge tried to persuade us to leave our passports with him overnight. All in all poor value for money.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.

The air conditioning was broken so the room was too warm for sleeping. We were told to open the window, then mosquitoes came in. Also there were stains on the walls.

Old and dumpy hotel with weak AC

The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in need of a remodel - our room looked like it hadn't been updated since 1982. The shower didn't drain, and the door hardware was so old and cheap that we got locked in the bathroom more than once. The biggest issues is that the air conditioning was very weak and, as I was told by the front desk, cannot be lowered to anything under 25C (77F), which is hot considering ideal sleeping temperature is 20C (68F). The AC also didn't really blow air and they didn't have any fans, so we were sweating all night. The bedspreads also looked about 30 years old, and the blankets were super scratchy, so we slept under sheets.

Breakfast was normal.What I didn't like was that you have to pay for scrambled eggs,if you want them for breakfast.There is a parking lot in front of the hotel,it is for free.And you can take a bus(cca.200metres) to the centre.

Nice hotel, but go there by car

Good quality bed, nice spacious room, clean. Good breakfast with cakes, pastries, bread, yoghurt, muesli, fruit. Friendly staff.

Good but a bit old fashioned hotel. Also not that close to the city center or trainstation, need bus/car to get there.
