Best location with amazing views.

The reception staff was very friendly including the door man taking care of our car. The newly renovated rooms are very beautiful, however the temp control system doesn’t work properly.

The breakfast can be improved. The bread selection was very poor. I also found it disappointing to see that that there is a supplement of 10 euro for a fried egg. For such a hotel this should be included. Also the hotel did not mention it is under renovation. It didn’t bother us so much but the arrival experience could have been improved. They now have a very messy temporary reception.

Fantastic location, definitely the best in town

1. Parking space is not assigned to each room - this is what you do not expect from a 5-star hotel. We had to be very convincing to get our car parked for 2 nights 2. There was a loud night party in the restaurant - we had to call the management twice after 23.00 3. ‘SPA’ has sauna, steam room (was switched off - they are saving on this) and only 6(!) sunbeds. There was just no room to stay there 4. ‘Gym’ is a tiny room with a treadmill, bicycle and some other device.

Classic Italian Hotel centrally placed with scenic rooms and stunning panoramic views over Perugia .

Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. Staff very efficient and always willing to answer any questions. Underground swimming pool and steam room one of the best we have ever seen. Our room had a balcony with spectacular views !

The building looks a little tired in places and a large room by the front entrance was being used a a building storage room. Extra charges for car parking.

I can't fault anything about your hotel. Having stayed in many 5 star hotels in different parts of Italy (I live in Italy) I can honestly say that Sin Brufani Perugia is my favourite.

Brilliant hotel and beautiful old city

everything, the food at breakfast was very varied and excellent. we were a little late down one morning no pulled faces. the room was good and bathroom was excellent. Location couldn't have been bettered. we had lunch outside under a canopy. the receptionists were first class as we went to a wedding 25 mins away. they sorted all the taxis for us during our 3 day visit. and to get full marrks our departure boarding passes disappeared and they sortedit and put them in"gallery "for us in oursmart phones. we now know why the Queen Mum stayed there in1989

The location- the swimming pool- the atmosphere-

the breakfast should have been all inclusive (buffet breakfast- but with optional orders of items that were very pricy - I did not see anyone order these)

A lovely stay, yet not perfect

I absolutely loved the location, the room and the swimming pool/Turkish bath . Breakfast was a real treat in the sense that there was a very large selection of food to indulge in, both savoury and sweet, however not all was particularly good (pancakes and espresso coffee were really disappointing). The staff was very kind and helpful

Lack of hygienic restrictions in accessing the swimming pool / spa . Anybody could walk in wearing clothes/ shoes, rather than proper slippers/bathrobes, despite the fact that a sign on the wall forbade it. The cleaning staff was eccessively zealous, nervously entering the room at any time to clean it. For the first time in my life I had to hang the " do not disturb" card on the door to make sure they didn't come in while I was in.

Superb

Very central, very nice old school hotel with a really good spa and pool inside. Valet service, a great and huge comfortable bed. Most staff exceptionally friendly. Good airco for those needing refreshment from the heath during the Summer months. Room service punctual and good. Amazing views across the Umbrian valley should your room face that way.

Not much. There was one really unfriendly guy who arranged and was in charge of breakfast. Other people who stayed at the hotel told me about him. But let that not stop you, the other people serving breakfast made up for it.

Love.y stay in perugia , if we return we would stay again at Hotel Sini Brufani

It was in a great location. Close to everything, without being directly in the city. The hotel was lovely, old world charm. The room was a bit small, but comfortable,bathroom was great with a double vanity. Great continental breakfast, so if you book and like to have breakfast every morning, definitely worth it! The pool downstairs on the lower level was absolutely amazing. Wish we could have had spa services there. It would be the perfect place to get a massage, then enjoy the sauna and pool.

The front desk staff weren’t friendly and sometimes not helpful at all. The only front desk member that was always helpful and friendly was Andrei. The bed was so hard my back hurt . Pillows were also hard and uncomfortable. I requested an iron, which I was told is not available for use, however they could press my items for me, which I had then do for $32 euros. (Two men’s shirts, one pair of shorts, and two short sleeve blouses) a bit steep in my opinion, considering the items were pressed prior to packing and just needed touching up.

A high standard hotel with a very welcoming feel like coming home.

Excellent location in the very centre of Perugia. The staff were an absolute delight and they had a team morale rarely experienced.

Nothing to dislike but it is a pity that patio areas on each floor were not equipped with outside seating to use for relaxation.

Exceptional

We had a relaxing stay - staff were welcoming and helpful and location was close to all the main attractions. Our room had great views of the surrounding area. The toiletries in the room smell very nice and the indoor swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast also afforded a good selection of food.

We happened to visit the pool at a time when the steam room and sauna were not in use so you may wish to check with reception before you swim if you wish to use these but it wasn't a big problem for us - I think it was because we visited the facilities later in the day.

A hotel with the best views and position in Perugia, full of history and style.

Excellent service from porters to restaurant/breakfast staff. Traditional decorations with style and atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool in the basement. Our room was very comfortable.

The shower was over the bath but unfortunately the bath wasn't suitable or strong enough. It felt very movable and unstable when standing on it and the sides were very high which made it dangerous to step out of.
