The location and staff were amazing. The property is located within very short walk of town center and was most convenient. And this family owned property is charming. I enjoyed my very comfortable stay and will definitely consider for future stays!

Outstanding location, beautiful hotel, and super-friendly staff. Michaele and is family clearly love their hotel and love serving their guests. We will return soon for another visit.

The perfect place for an overnight stay, especially as a solo traveller.

Perfect for a one night stay as a solo traveller. Michele, the host, was friendly and helpful. If you have a car you will need a parking pass. Let them know in advance. Clean, great breakfast in the morning and central to many things.

My only wish was for a fan as the weather was warm and my room at night just a touch hotter than I like but other than that everything was great.

Friendly, helpful staff, a handy central location for all of Perugia’s highlights.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready with practical tips on what to see and where to eat, making the hotel feel welcoming and family-run in the best sense. The location is hard to beat: a short walk takes you Fontana Maggiore, and the main squares, so sightseeing was easy and we could return for a break whenever we liked. Our room was cleaned with fresh towels and tidy linens waiting for us in the evening. All told, this hotel offers warm service, a strategic base for exploring Perugia, and consistently neat rooms—exactly what we were looking for.

Lovely, simple, hotel in a great location with kind and generous staff

The staff all spoke perfect English and were exceptionally kind and helpful. They gave me a map, regularly offered me an espresso / water when I returned to the villa and even waived a small fee. The rooms were simple but very clean and the space was beautifully used. The breakfast was fairly simple: croissant, juice, coffee, yoghurt but it all felt very good value all things considered (not least because of the excellent location and attentive staff). Would strongly recommend!

Charming hotel with a wonderful host! And the location is perfect.

Location was amazing, a short walk to everything we wanted to see and do, and all the restaurants. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the property is charming (we are particularly fond of charm) and absolutely clean. But best of all is Michele, our host, who is warm and kind and knowledgable about everything you might want. He speaks flawless, near native English, so there is never a misunderstanding. I just can't say enough good about him. He takes Hotel Morlacchi from a very pleasant, convenient place to stay to an outstanding place to stay.

The charm. The staff was exceptionally warm and available for any questions and recommendations.

The fifth floor up stairs. But if you have issues with your knees…. Ask for a lower floor.

Overall very satisfactory and enjoyable.

The breakfast was adequate for our needs and the location although difficult to drive to for me was brilliantly located for the town facilities. The staff were very helpful and transport was easily accessed by walking. The Main Street had good shops and a real buzz in the evening.

The hotel is very well located, close to all the city's main attractions. Michele was very nice and helped me a.lot with great suggestions about what to do and where to eat. Parking nearby the hotel was easy, although the city streets are really narrow. The room had a good size, and the bed was comfortable.

Relaxing fun stay well located to historical Perugia.

Wonderful owners! Very welcoming and helpful in everyway. Great conversations! Excellent location for walking Perugia. Rooms very confortable. Very nice breakfast. They went out of there way providing their garage for my motorcycle and helping me with my luggage after a very hot day of riding. This is my third stay and each experience gets better.

We traveled round Umbria

It is located in the center of Perugia and the traffic regulation was changed, so you can not trust GPS at all. The owner usually provide free space for parking.

Superb central location in the historical part of Perugia. Such a lovely family that run this little hotel. They were so helpful, helping us to choose somewhere lovely to eat They also let us leave our bags with them until we were departing Perugia in the afternoon.

Lovely place where the very kind owners will make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. Very conveniently located, with parking possibilities. Our room was spacious enough, comfortable bed, very quiet. Simple but delicious breakfast. Absolutely recommended!

Hotel was fine and very very near to town Centre. People should be aware that the walk from the railway station to the centre of Perugia is partly pretty steep badly sign posted and the pavements are an absolute disgrace. Nothing to do with the hotel of course!
