Excellent location at the heart of Perugia!! Nicely decorated and clean rooms! Very good value for money in terms of room rates.

Some detail inconsistencies between the 3 rooms in terms of toiletries provided for example (booked 3 same rooms). Only noting this since for a 5 star hotel room amenities and service are expected to be top notch.

The hotel is elegant, well maintained, and full of character, perfectly reflecting the charm of the city. Rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable, with quality bedding and well appointed bathrooms. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. What truly sets Hotel Rosetta apart is the staff. They are professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. From check in to departure, the service is courteous, efficient, and warm, with excellent local recommendations and a true sense of hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking reliability, elegance, and an authentic Perugia experience.

Everything was perfect, with no negative aspects to report. I have carefully reflected on my stay at Hotel Rosetta in Perugia and I genuinely cannot identify a single negative point. Every element of the experience was handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism. The location is ideal, central yet quiet. The hotel is elegant, impeccably clean, and very well organized. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. Service was consistently excellent, with staff who were attentive, courteous, and highly professional. There were no flaws, inconveniences, or disappointments during my stay. The experience was entirely positive and fully met, if not exceeded, expectations.

Would love to return!

The property was recently renovated and reopened about a month ago. It is beautifully done, up to date and just gorgeous. The room we had was spacious, the bathroom is great (a fantastic shower- far and few between in Italy). The location is equally fantastic and was walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. It rained unfortunately and the hotel provided umbrellas by the front door which was very convenient. We will absolutely stay here again when we return.

Not much honestly. There isn’t a gym- I think, but we also wouldn’t be using that for this type of visit.

Location was great. Room was okay. We had a small AC unit but it was still hot and stuffy in the room. The bathroom was very hot.

Elegant, decadent room felt like a queen sleeping in a stately home.

The room was beautiful, grand and full of trumploy furniture and wall paper. The ceilings were decadent complete with chandelier. The room was large and spacious overlooking the front of hotel. Excellent location, near all main sights and easy for catching a taxi. Staff very helpful and kind. Bathroom spacious with beautifully soft towels.

My only criticism was there was no tea and coffee making facilities. But this didn’t spoil our stay.

Location cannot be better. Excellent location, right in the centre of Perugia, walking distance to everything including the mobile stairs to the car park. Great discount by hotel for parking. Great size room for three.

Staff were indifferent to guests. Never asked whether you liked your stay or not. Made no effort with customers. Breakfast was poor. Coffee from a machine not acceptable for a four star hotel..croissants etc were stale.
