This is an exceptional hotel which seems to have been recently renovated and is superbly decorated in every way. If you can, book a room near the roof top with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It makes for a very special treat. Very friendly service and good value considering the quality and the location. A great breakfast too.

This hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed two nights here right in the heart of Centro Perugia. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the point of confirming arrival details, storing bags until check in, and then there’s the breakfast. It’s sublime. Just right to start the day and great espresso as well. We could not fault this place and highly recommend to anyone searching for a little luxury for a great price.

Very clean and updated property. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The dining area is literally an art museum. The shower was incredible. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very comfortable. Great location in the heart of the town. Hotel staff was so helpful with sightseeing and restaurant selections and reservations.

Very helpful staff. Convenient & property was well maintained. The only issue was the air conditioning in our room was too hot & we could not regulate it. We were given a fan. Eventually after 48 hrs the air was regulated.

Beautiful central 18th Century building modernized to be a comfortable hotel. Located in the most central pedestrian street of the city with the most important attractions as well as stores and restaurants nearby. Efficient and friend staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and fruits.

They offered great recommendations for meals and gelato. The breakfast was the highlight of my day. The presentation was beautiful and the staff on the ready to help you. I stayed here for 8 days and have no regrets. My room was quiet, spacious and very clean.
