Very comfortable, warm, comfy beds and pillows, hot water , strong shower, view wasn't necessary

Very freindly welcome on arrival, the hotel is warm, quiet and clean. Has good WiFi, TV in the room has many many channels light switches by the bed, bathroom was clean, shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The hairdryer works well. Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. I didn't have breakfast there but the coffee aroma was great.

Great position

The room was a very good size, we were able to bring our bicycles into the room. It was very clean. The owners were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast wasn't included but we had it on top of room price for convenience. Its not expensive and is mainly cakes, yogurt & croissants. Tea or coffee. Its great position in the city for getting around very close to piazza d'Novembre.

The position is nice. The room and bath was clean. Breakfast was minimal, but ok. The staff was very friendly.

There was not air-condition working. I could not understand whether it was a contingent problem or it never work. Unfortunately when I visited Perugia the weather was unusually hot and so I noticed the problem.

Affordable, clean and cozy hotel, perfectly located to explore Perugia. The staff were really accommodating, especially given our late arrival.

Centrally located budget hotel close to bars, restaurants and places of interest

Central position in the old town and walking distance to bars, cafes and restaurants, and places of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was basic but large and airy, and bed comfortable.

No aircon but large spacious room not particularly hot. Toiletries basic, tiny amount of soap but plenty of linen towels. One pillow but extra brought in.

A delightful 10 bedroom family run hotel in the heart of beautiful Perugia with a warm welcome.

Hôtel Bonazzi is a family run business and the welcome was warm and very helpful to us as a Nana and grand daughter travelling together. I thought I had lost my credit card and the owner walked with me to the police station. The location is perfect for access to Perugia centre . Breakfast is served with a smile , mainly cake but very tasty , fruit juice , coffee/ tea ( they made my grand daughter a hot chocolate 😊) soft cheese and biscottes, jams/honey and Nutella.

The parking next to the hotel is very expensive , you can drop off in the road outside and stay for an hour . The nearby car park is best to leave your car for cost.

Great staff and very helpful, in an excellent location. We walked 200 steps and found ourselves right in the middle of everything, including PG Jazz fest.

Location and cleanlyness

Lack of a common lounge and too small breakfast room and lack of room safe. Hotel should have warned each customer about options to reach the higher levels of the town from the station, ie bus mini metro and escalators. We walked with case, took roughly an hour, the roads were very steep

I would stay here again in a shot.

Great little spot run by an eccentric but endearing couple. Good value in the centre of town. TV was on the blink but that was part of the charm. Breakfast consisted of almost exclusively of cakes, great if you’re Marie Antoinette.

Centrally located, which is excellent for visiting the city during the day and at night. Close to many restaurants and felt very safe in the area. Staff is very helpful.

Breakfast starts at 7.30 - late if one has early trains, but many cafeterias in Italy open early. Hotel breakfast consists mainly of sweet items.
