Great night in Perugia, great spot. Easy to get there with the Minimetro from the train station.

Whenever I come back to Perugia, I will stay at Debora’s place for sure!

The house is in a perfect location- easy walk to the center of the city or to the outside of the city. It’s nice to have the private suites, which feel like little apartments, and to be able to use the common areas as well. The place is cozy and feels like home, but there is enough space to unpack everything and settle in for a while. We really loved the place. And Debora gave us some homemade cake that was delicious! I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was very good.

Perhaps we did not pay attention, but we were surprised to find that we shared the kitchen and dining and sitting area with other guests. It turned out not to be a problem at all, since as things turned out, we were the only ones to use the kitchen.

A great place to stay if you are visiting Perguia

The apartment was well furnished and a cute place to stay. The owner was great at quickly answering any question I had and provided excellent instructions for how to self check-in. The apartment was quite at night and very close to Piazza IV Novembre, the main plaza where you will find many restaurants. shops of all kinds and several bakeries. If I return to Perugia, I would certainly try stay at Casa de Debra again.

Casa de Debra is located about a third of the way up some beautiful, but very long stairs. This might be difficult for some visitors with walking problems or someone who is unable to pull their heavy luggage up these stairs. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms slopes downward over the bed so a tall person raising up to quickly in the morning might bump their head on the ceiling.

Beware, minuscule room with shared living room/kitchen, shared smoking balcony, Overpriced

The description is very misleading. Private entrance is only to your room and bathroom, all the rest is shared. The attic bedroom is so small that it’s impossible to relax there, it lacks balcony, and anyway the wall there is about 1 m high. There is a common balcony, which people use to smoke. Living room/kitchen is very small and very difficult to share with strangers, especially if like in our case, they show up late in the evening and invade your privacy. There is no way to get even partial refund from the owner, who acts like it’s all hunky dory, we moved out in the morning. So stay away. There are cheaper and better located places near duomo. You were warned.

Location is great,in the city center. Very pleasant. There was free coffee and tea, which I found really nice. I reccomend it.

The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes dodgy. We stayed for two nights and in the second night it was continually interrupting.

Awesome place to stay both location and the apartment

The area and the apartment were both very charming. the host was very attentive to all our needs and concerns. The location was not bad either it was very close to the center of town just a very short walk,

There really was nothing we did not like about the place and most definitely would stay here again and recommend to fellow vacationer visiting the charming city. The actual thing I did not like had nothing to do with the host or the apartment it rained most of the days we stayed but that was expected when traveling that area in December.

Lovely, homy stay

Very cosy home, lovely balcony to enjoy the view & morning/evening ambience. Great plus is the washing machine!! The house was fully equipped and felt very homely. The host was so nice to give us recommendations on where to eat, for all budgets! Loved it, would def stay again when back in Perugia (which is an amazing city to visit!!)

One thing, the ceiling of part of the bedroom is a bit low. This is not super bothersome because it's only where the head of the bed is but if you're a very tall person it might bother you.

Lovely central location around a couple corners but very quiet.

Location very central once we figured out the little alleys. Comfortable clean room overlooking a garden. The big but quiet fan was nice as was access to a fridge and kitchen. Felt like real Italian home.

Bedroom had sloping ceiling that was challenging for 6'2 husband.

Very great stay with exceptional location and very nice and helpful hosts!

The location is exceptional! Right in the center and you can easily walk to the old parts of the city. Wonderful view and swarms of birds greeting you in the morning. Both hosts were very kind and helpful and answered quickly to all questions we had. Would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely come again.

The only "downsides" are the parking situation since this is a little bit depending on luck (we were lucky though) and we missed a little bit of shelf space both in the bathroom and the living room area in the Mini-Suite. Like something besides the coffee table that you could put stuff on like your washbag and alike.

A pleasant stay

Emanuel and Debora were available to answer our questions at all times and provided us some useful directions. We arrived almost at midnight and still Debora was very kind to welcome us. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

Emanuele gave us perfect tips for parking despite there were works ongoing, and many useful tips on what to see and where to eat. Reception was smooth and easy, the room very nice and clean, with a view on the trees from the window which makes it very relaxing. Locations is very central, literary where the path on the aqueduct begins, perfect to explore the historic center. Would definitely book again here if back in Perugia

Exceptional

It was a very authentic Italian apartment. The room was super clean, kitchen and bath also. Emanuele and Debora, the hosts, were very kind people and welcomed us hospitably! There is also a balcony and a washing machine. Although we stayed for just one night, the stored our luggage safely. We just had to walk 2 minutes to the center. All in all we had a nice time!

Cosy and comfortable place in super location!

I was at Deboras place for the Umbria Jazz Festival. I was greeted by her brother who carried my suitcase all the way up the stairs, suggested a parking spot for my van, welcomed my dog and later my boyfriend. Both he and Debora were super friendly and helpful, we felt well taken care of the whole time and will surely return. The wifi was fast enough for streaming and online meetings, the kitchen is well equipped and the balcony offers a great view on the city. I tried a few places in Perugia before and this was by far the best. The location is unbeatable, facing the old aqueduct and via appia, 3 minutes on foot to the cathedral. If you’re thinking of staying here, just do it!
