Wonderful quiet place

Wonderful place and wonderful host. Garden and pool offer a lot of possibilities to relax. The host, Giulio, was very friendly and entertaining. We needed a garage for 3 bikes and he very helpfully organised it. We had really a lot of fun and would definetely came back!

Giulio is very friendly and wiling person, he help us with many things. The place itself is very quiet and comfortable, some 10 minutes walk to railway station, 5 minutes to CONAD store. It was really beautiful stay and we surely return here :)!

Very comfortable, dedicated owner

Very friendly owner, room very well furnished, with modern appliances and plenty of useful stuff. Excellent breakfast, nice garden with a small swimming pool, a cat and two rabbits. Easy parking.

Ground floor room with people passing by, blinds have to be kept closed all the time. Surrounding area not particularly interesting or attractive.

A wonderful staying

We spent one week at Giulio's who is a very welcoming host. The place is beautiful and is in a quiet environment, with a swimming pool and a massage pool to relax, 2 adorable rabbits to "play" with. The room cinema is comfortable and fully equipped, and the breakfast is ottimo. Very advised!

Everything was fantastic and went beyond our expectations

Giulio hospitality and generosity make us feel at home. We had a very pleasant stay and we really enjoyed the home made bread and cakes made by Giulio mother. I really advice B&B Il Sognatore for people who want to visit Perugia

A delight!

Giulio the delightful host has created a little garden oasis with a pool, turtle pond, hydro bath, hamocks, only a few km outside of Perugia. Each of the three rooms is different and fun- the Hollywood room has a room size tv screen, perfhect for watching movies.

La gentilezza e cortesia del proprietario. Il giardino antistante la piscina, il prato era tenuto molto bene

La posizione in un contesto condominiale, ad averlo saputo prima, non avrei prenotato qui. La piscina, all'ombra per tutto il pomeriggio aveva l'acqua fredda La piscina era aperta fino a notte ma su richiesta del proprietario: niente tuffi e niente nuotate perche altrimenti si disturbano i vicini. La stanza a tema marino aveva dei buchi e scrostazioni all'altezza del letto a castello dove doveva dormire mio figlio. Il bagno datato avrebbe bisogno di qualche rifinitura L'armadio, per quattro persone era piccolino

L’accoglienza é stata ottima, ci hanno portato, salsicce e carne come benvenuto. Il proprietario davvero è davvero una brava persona di cuore, ci ha fatto sentire a casa insieme ai suoi amici. La piscina era sempre aperta, anche la notte e la compagnia non é mai mancata.

Come scritto 2 anni fa, mi sono trovata bene . Il proprietario è molto cortese , la stanza è ampia il giusto e confortevole, bella la piscina e buona la colazione.

Guilio, de perfecte gastheer voor bezoek aan Perugia

Het allerleukste? De host Guilio...Hij neemt al contact met je op van tevoren, zorgt dat je goed ontvangen wordt, en 24/7 beschikbaar voor vragen. Je krijgt direct een fles water voor op de kamer, aan de pool vraagt hij of je zin hebt in een biertje, hij wist mijn naam, had een fles water op de passagiersstoel van de auto gelegd voor de volgende trip. Kortom, een super aardige Italiaanse host. Heb ook een tour gehad door de kamers, grappig ingericht in thema's. Niet super luxe, maar wel comfortabel en gewoon leuk. Heerlijk zwembad, 's ochtends staat het ontbijt klaar met vers gezette cappuccino.
