Roadside 2-star motel.

The bed sheets were clean and the location was quiet.

This is not a 4-star hotel, the hygiene is quite disappointing. There were hair from a previous guest all over the shower, the floor has not been washed in a long time. Fortunately the bedsheets were clean. You only get one face towel and a shower towel - if you need to take a shower twice in a day, with the AC no towel will ever get dry in a day - asked for an extra towel but didn't get one. You only get one pillow... You have to pay 7 EUR to access the gym... I could continue, but I think this depicts the hotel quiet well already.

VERY NICE HOTEL IN PERUGIA.

The receptionist (female) was very kind, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, the hotel really deserves 4 stars, which is not always the case in Italy. All praise!

De staff was friendly

The hotel looks very old inside and is on a lot of places not clean. Also the swimming pool is not very clean and the hotel is located next to the highway and there is nothing around the hotel.

Good base for exploring perugia and area as long as you have a car

Astonishingly good spa with 25 metre pool and sauna, steam and hydro although disappointing to have to pay extra and no towels provided in the spa. Good breakfast with attentive, friendly staff. Free underground parking

Wifi was nor working propery for a half of the day. They solved the problem and after it was perfect.

There was a flood in our room and we had to change rooms late at night, we were moved into another room that was much smaller and not what we paid for.

Amazing hotel and staff. Big sized rooms, great pool area and amazing breakfast. Free parking outside and easy to go to the centre of the Perugia. Well worth a staying!

Okish but a bit pricey

The breakfast was very good and the staff very kind and attentive A lot of parking space for free

Quality/price ratio a bit unbalanced Hotel is a bit old. The tv remote control didn’t work, the A/C didn’t work either, and after insisting a bit we were moved to another room (at 3 am)

The hotel was outside central Perugia. The pool and sauna had to be booked at an additional cost. Room service was expensive for what was ordered.

Amazing facilities, but the bed could be better.

The staff was really friendly, the swimming pool is amazing and has a jacuzzi inside of it, however a swimming cap is mandatory. The breakfast was also really good. The bathroom is also really big and has a bathtub.

When we called they didn’t informed us about the €5,00 fee per person to use the swimming pool. The mattress was hard and the pillow was too soft, so the bed wasn’t comfortable.
