La stanza al nostro arrivo era veramente pulita ed ordinata (sopra la media sicuramente) così come anche il bagno. Il signor Palazzoni è gentilissimo, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. Il letto dalle dimensioni generose, è risultato molto comodo e la stanza in generale aveva elementi di arredo buoni e non vecchi. Addirittura serviti anche gli asciugamani per bidet.
Unica pecca del soggiorno ha riguardato un vicino che ha martellato intorno alle 6e30 di mattina. Ovviamente il signor Palazzoni non ha responsabilità e si è non solo scusato ma anche detto che contatterà il vicinato per far si che non capiti più. Lo riporto solo per cronaca.

Owner was really friendly and helpfull. Lots of parking free.close to a park., private bathroom, good basic breakfast.
In the suburbs on outskirts of Perugia so nothing touristy anywhere near. Room is inside a private apartment so to get to the room you need to walk through the owners living room.
