Perugia for a convenient and relaxed stay.

Nice views. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. It is a dog friendly place. Taxi to Piazza Italia to the city is 16 Euros. Good service. We had a nice verandah.

excellent family run hotel

Instead of moving from place to place and losing precious time, we stayed there 6 nights and used this hotel as a base for visitin Assissi, Gubbio , etc.. Close to city center of Perugia on a hill with lots of trees and lot of space for parking. Quiet. A family run businesss which is becoming a rarity. The lady in the reception who is also the owner was a mine of real useful information about must places to visit, especially the hidden jems. Super clean with high quality linnen and towels. Room was big enough with a nice balcony. Breakfast was mostly excellent Italian style with all sorts of croissants, cakes and pastries. Real coffee from the real bar machine. Black tea, too.

The shower box was tiny but we did not sleep in there!

Nice surprise

The staff was nice, even if they can't speak English very well they were always trying to help. The place is beautiful, romantic and cozy. They clean every day. With possibility of breakfast in hotel.

The pool was empty, not working. Which was shame because weather was hot and nice evening swim would me appreciated. And at the reception they never know if their restaurant gonna be open.

Relaxing.

Nice location, close to Perugia (by car), with free parking space and the room was spacious. It seems like an expensive hotel of the past, but it is beginning to show its age.

It is a pity that the staff cannot communicate in English at all.

One night. 3 adults + 1 eight year old motormouth. Perfect. Tranquil staff and environment.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay at reasonable price with a gorgeous view, bit far out from town.

Stunning view, reasonable price for a good size room, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff. Good breakfast offering. And a very sweet hotel dog!

Not easy to get into town if you don't have your own car. Either a taxi for about EUR15, or a 3km walk, or about a 1.5km walk and a bus.

The manager/owner was a great host. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our trip easier more pleasant.

Perfect stay

The courtesy of the staff, very helpful and nice. The place where the hotel is located is perfect, so close to Perugia but at the same time so peaceful and silent.

Bene, struttura accogliente e gestita con amore e cura per i dettagli. Colazione ottima. Bagno di dimensioni ragguardevoli, climatizzazione eccellente. Infissi in ottimo stato. Grande parcheggio privato e sicuro. I proprietari sono egregi gentiluomini di grande disponibilità e simpatia.

Gemütlich an einer ruhigen Lage

Gute Lage, ruhig und etwas abgelegen von der Stadt, was ich sehr gut finde. Ein Mitarbeiter hat mir geholfen ein Restaurant zu finden, da das Hotel selber kein Essen anbietet. Grosses Badezimmer, bequemes Bett.

Für Leute die Angst (oder Allergie) vor Hunden haben, wäre gut zu wissen, dass ein Hund im Eingangsbereich/Reception ist. Check-In war etwas lieblos (Schlüssel hinlegen, Pass kopieren, Info Zimmer sei im 1. Stock. Keine Infos zu WiFi, Frühstück etc.

Posizione perfetta se si deve visitare Perugia e dintorni. A meno di 10 minuti in macchina dalle scale mobili che portano nel centro di Perugia e a meno di mezz'ora da Assisi.

E' indispensabile avere la macchina e diciamo che il costo dei parcheggi non è bassissimo...

Posizione ottima a 3 km dal centro di Perugia hotel dotato di parcheggio molto spazioso e comodo, la stanza era molto grande con letti comodi e un balconcino, bagno spazioso e il personale molto disponibile tutto molto bello
