There was no air-conditioning in the apartment. This makes your stay uncomfortable during the hot summer days/ nights.

Very friendly and responsive when booking. A good effort has been made in the decor and excellent communication throughout.
The small room is just that..small. Unfortunately we didn’t find the room all that comfortable. The bedding, pillows etc were basic.

The room was nicely decorated and very cozy. The location of the acommodation was also good, we walked anywhere we wanted. Owners were helpful with guiding us how to get to Perugia from the Airport.
The room was quite small, also the bar under our windows was very noisy and the room was not separated from the main hallway with a mini hallway, so we could hear some guests having an argument in the middle of the night. Keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. However, it's a nice accomodation for 2-3 nights!

You need to put a shower bar in the shower. Would have been nice to have air-conditionsing. The fan was like sleeping with an airplane jet engine in the bedroom. Farther from the parking garage than explained.

We would definitely return to this place if we are fortunate enough to return to Perugia.
This was a very spacious, very comfortable, newly updated apartment and we really enjoyed being able to spread out a bit. It was a fairly short walk/climb into the city with a good bar across the street and an increasing number of food options as we got closer to the city. (Don't miss the Lick gelato place several blocks away.)
The hosts were extremely responsive and used one of the best systems we have seen for online communication and check-in. All info is provided in one convenient and colorful graphic. They were great about letting us check in on the early side so that we could leave our luggage and begin to explore the city.
These are not really "don't likes" but just suggestions. The location of the lock boxes was a little tricky because they were a very short way up a side street instead of on the street with the address. Our unit also had a troublesome door lock which completely defeated us initially, however, once we contacted the hosts we got a quick response from one of them who showed up to open the door for us. Suggest a little more written direction about the location of lock boxes and about managing the tricky lock of this specific unit. Different locks require turning the key in different directions and we tried many different tactics before texting for help. This could have been even more of a challenge if we were coming in late at night.

It was pleasure to stay here. Everything was super clean, it was really close to the city center and the owner was really helpful. He make it a lot easier, because he send us the way how we can get to the apartment, and how can we go there from the airport also.

Here you pay 400 euros in advance for a room that makes you sick, then you get 25 euros compensation
Its position is about 8 minutes walk from the upper station on the Stazzione Fontevege - Pincetto route called Minimetro. The accommodation is reached by going down Via XIV Settembre then turning left on Corso Cavour until the intersection with Via del Grillo. From here you can quickly reach the majestic Basilica of San Pietro and its Benedictine monastery, now the seat of the Faculty of Agriculture. The smart check-in procedure is very easy.
It is the only accommodation in my life that has caused me an allergic crisis that has already lasted for 10 days. The fan in the bathroom that threw waves of dust full of mites into the room WAS NOT CLEANED AT LEAST UNTIL THE EVENING OF JUNE 3RD WHEN I WENT BY THE ROOM TO LEAVE THE KEY IN THE EXTERNAL BOX. When making the reservation, we had in mind the 3# rating given by Booking.com to the house and apartment type property calculated on the basis of factors such as facilities, size, location and services (description belongs to Booking.com). I had reserved a room of 25 square meters and at self check-in I found that the surface of the room is 12-13 square meters. The difference in surface area is extremely large. I contacted the owner thinking it was a mistake, especially since I checked on booking and at that time he had another space available at a price equal to or lower than the price I paid in advance for an area of 25 m2. The owner's attitude was unprofessional, arrogant and did not want to fix the problem. I noticed that the chair and the table were missing. A 30 cm wide shelf took the place of the table and the chair was completely missing. These facilities are minimal and mandatory for an accommodation space. All accommodation spaces have at least one chair and this is not mentioned in the description of the existing rooms on booking because they are mandatory. What is the DIMENSION of the room that Booking considered when giving the rating? "This apartment is bigger than most of those located in Perugia" is the advice that Booking.com offers in the description of the accommodation space. The real size is 12-13 m2 and the wrongly specified one is 25 m2. How could Booking evaluate the size of the room? Because the pictures do not provide the possibility to verify the surface, I relied on the professionalism and good faith of Booking.com in the qualification of the property.

Personale gentile e cortese, stanza perfettibile
Mi è piaciuta molto la modalità di accesso alla struttura e la cura con cui viene seguito il cliente, soprattutto in relazione alle indicazioni su come arrivare in struttura. Personalmente sono stato felice del fatto che il mio check in è stato possibile farlo dalle 13, ovvero ben due ore prima del previsto. Il b&b è in una posizione centralissima, davvero strategica. Il bagno era grande e confortevole e pulito e la camera era silenziosa e con il letto e i cuscini piacevolmente confortevoli. Bollitore (con tisane e camomilla) e macchinetta del caffè con abbondanza di cialde sono stati molto graditi.
Nonostante ciò, si può fare di meglio: purtroppo una cosa che mi ha mandato completamente in tilt è stata l'assenza di una sedia: ho deciso di cenare in stanza ed è stato complicato organizzarsi perché ovviamente mangiare sul letto non è nelle mie abitudini, e l'unica mensolina disponibile era occupata dallo "strumentario" per la colazione. Siccome c'era un piano di appoggio vicino al letto, ho utilizzato quello come tavolo e il bordo del letto come seduta per mangiare (non è stata la mia cena più comoda per usare un eufemismo). Capisco che lo spazio in stanza non sia molto però consiglio di aggiungere una sedia pieghevole, così da poterla utilizzare al bisogno.

Très bien pour une nuit
Excellent emplacement. Un peu à l’écart de l’hypercentre dans une rue très calme le soir mais avec de très bons restaurants! Le mini loft était très agréable.
Le lit était un peu petit en longueur pour les personnes de grande taille et la douche un peu cassée (on mettait beaucoup d’eau à côté)
