My husband and I stayed at Serena for 6 nights in April. Our host, the nicest and friendliest possible lady, made us lavish breakfasts consisting of a selection of Umbrian meats and cakes, fruit and other breakfast goodies. She also cooked delicious little pancakes for us. She made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed, and never imposed on us. We had full privacy. Thanks to the technology, the language barrier was never a problem. The stay in Serena enhanced our experience of Perugia. We were sorry to leave such great hospitality.

The location is superb, in the vicinity to go to Stazione FS - Fontivegge, so example if you would like to go to Assisi all you have to do is to buy a bus ticket and take the no 12. bus. The place is in a quite area.

The kitchen and the living area are shared by the host. In this heat of summer there is no Air-condition, and it is very hot.

Belgium: 12 points! If we could give more then 5 stars, we would! We want to recommand B&B Serena to everyone. ❣️ Booking went very easy, communication afterwords even more. Patrizia is the most lovely host that is willing to make your trip the most wonderfull moment. Especially after Corona, this was very welcome. People from Umbria are hospitable, we felt this is in the B&B and in the city Perugia. The location is just perfect, some minutes walking and you are in the city center. Restaurants are in a range of 1 km. Patrizia has very good recommandations, if not the best ones. B&B Serena is the most clean B&B I have been. Remarkable, I even took tips home from Patrizia the keep things as clean as she does. ❣️ Last but not least, breakfast... it was a real buffet, just for the two of us, with every thing you could think of. Her little sandwishes, fresh quiches, fruit from the countryside, fresh juices, bread, ... We are coming back for sure (stayed for 5 days) to see Patrizia again, have a dance, eat her quiche, and see Umbria and his beauty! Thanks Patrizia & daughter Serena to have such a lovely place to come to! Jolien & Pedro ❣️

Amazing stay in central Perugia with a home vibe

Amazing host, great location, hospitality and the super delicious homemade royal breakfast. Even though the host didn't speak much English, she went above and beyond to communicate with us and make sure that that we are comfortable and enjoying

There is no sign for the b&b, so call the host when you are in the street or ask to send the door picture in advance

Alloggio accogliente e ospitale in pieno centro di Perugia; stanza con all’interno moltissimi confort. Colazione buonissima, convenzionata con un bar a pochi metri dalla struttura. Qualche piccola incomprensione al momento del check in ma poi tutto risolto.

Incantevole location gestita dalla Sig.ra Serena persona squisita, disponibile, cordiale, gentile e pronta ad andare incontro a qsi richiesta o esigenza del cliente. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere in pochi minuti qsi punto della città. Colazione abbondante con prodotti genuini. Massima attenzione alla pulizia e ad ogni particolare possa rendere più soddisfatto il cliente. Esperienza positiva. Ci tornerò sicuramente! Grazie

Soggiorno fantastico con l'aiuto già dal primo momento della sig.ra Patrizia, consiglio la struttura

Ho avuto il primo contatto con la sig. Patrizia che ci ricordava la camera disponibile, all'arrivo ci ha accolti con veramente tanta disponibilità, per un mio errore alla fine è stata lei a sostituirci la camera con altra più bella e senza chiederci nulla in più, ci ha fornito diverse informazioni su come visitare Perugia e anche dove cenare a buon prezzo e ottimo cibo. Colazione buonissima, ho fatto il bis di una crostata fichi e noci fantastica, presso una Pasticceria convenzionata a 50 mt. dall'alloggio. Insomma grazie alla sig.ra Patrizia nostro punto di riferimento su Perugia.

La struttura è bellissima: ordinata, profumata, curata nel minimo dettaglio. Colazione abbondante con prodotti di ottima qualità, preparata direttamente dall’host.
