Avoid this property anyway...

Neighborhood looks unsafe and loud because of refugee village in front of, is no balcony like normal balcony, no air-conditioning, everything very old, completely uncomfortable bed, bathroom for 3 rooms is too much, no any breakfast, just one coffee capsule per pers/day and old cornflakes and ATTENTION! She collects passport data trough WhatsApp and payment of city tax( twice higher than booked) and damage deposit of 30 trough unsafe and non-autorised platform! I didn't want to pay with my card trough that link from WhatsApp, paid with PayPal so commission when 30 euro back was 30 percent!! Look at that LIST of RULLES on photo!

dirty house, dirty floor in the room, also bathroom. I supposed to had a room which was on the hall separted only with curtains, nowhere i found that it is room without door. I was lucky that was another room there with the door. because if not i would have to go somewhere else. Also the location, is more far than 10 minutes from the center. Maybe 20. I stayed one night. it was enough. I will not recommended this place

No door in the single room - the description of this property is false.

The property has no door in the single room and this is not shown in pictures or mentioned in the description. Once I arrived and texted the owner explaining my surprise with the situation and asked who the coming tourists were going to be (next day there was an arrival expected for the double room that is for rent in this flat too) I got ghousted and received no reply. There is no privacy or security possible in the single room, this was a crucial information. I left the place next morning, texting the owner again and got no information, no reply. I decided to book another place in the city and proposed I can pay two nights to compensate for the water, electricity used and also for cleaning the place after me (booked 4 nights in total) and I would like two other nights from the booking to be paid back, since the information given on the booking.com was not correct and false. No reply, no reaction, no money back.

Posizione carina ma pessima amministrazione da parte della signora Anastasia ho prenotato per due amici miei molto cari neanche hanno dormito in quella stanza c'era odore forte di sigaretta e la stanza non era per niente accogliente,neanche hanno rimborsato una parte della prenotazione,insomma sconsigliatissimo sinceramente.

A belváros 10-15 perces sétával elérhető és a szállás közelében ingyenes parkoló érhető el, volt lulcsszéf

A három lakórészes apartmanban levő közös konyha és fürdőszoba van, ez a reggeli csúcsforgalomban elég sok kellemetlenséget okozott. A csempe burkolatok festése helyenként lekopott, a terasz ajtó nehezen nyílt és csukódott, a fürdőt is a minimalista stílus jellemezte. Maga a szoba egy kollégiumi vagy hostelben levő alvohelyre hasonlított, kicsi és sötét volt, az ára viszont szállodai szintnen mozgott, de a felszereltséggel és komfort érzettel nem volt összhangban

Buon prezzo per una notte (46 a camera)

Gestire tre camere nello stesso appartamento (piuttosto piccolo) e con un bagno solo è un po' ambizioso, soprattutto con porte vecchie e cigolanti che impediscono di addormentarsi con gli altri ospiti che continuano ad andare e venire dal bagno. Non è colpa dell'host, ma già ad essere in due inquilini anziché in tre le cose sarebbero migliori. Anche in cucina non costa molto mettere qualche tazza in più (erano due contate, per sei persone)

Scarsa pulizia e scarsa colaziond

Inizialmente sembrava pulito poi sotto le coperte c'erano alcune macchie gialle, la colazione davvero deludente anzi inesistente con fette biscottate senza niente e yogurt al caffè. La posizione non è malissimo ma per i servizi offerti il prezzo non è poi così conveniente. Il letto era veramente scomodo con due lettini singoli che si separavano al centro, mia moglie si è alzata con un mal di schiena atroce.

Nulla....tutto pessimo

Camera sporca e mal gestita. Un cattivo odore ha caratterizzato l'intero soggiorno. Dopo la prima notte non ho potuto evitare la seconda solo perché non ho trovato altre strutture libere. Mi riservo azioni qualora, causa questo soggiorno, dovessi accusare malanni considerato che durante la notte la stanza non era neanche riscaldata.
