Perfect place in the centre of perugia. Claudia is very welcoming and easy to contact. The only miss is that the private toilet is separated to the room

Our family enjoyed our stay at this charming apartment, very close to the center of town. Claudia was a responsive and helpful host, and the place was clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds. We also liked the cozy decor and pictures from around the world.

Fantastic stay, cant think why I would stay anywhere else if returning to Perugia.Positives:- Claudia was a fantastic host, helping me with travel arrangements both before and during our stay, and was on hand (she lives upstairs!) to help or fix anything that needed it, straight away.- Was in a super beautiful area, full of art, character, and nice bars and restaurants and such a short walk to the main piazza. Having explored the whole of Perugia, this really was the perfect location.- Actual apartment was so lovely, great amount of space, lots of character, good shower pressure and heating, very well equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine etc.). Lots of blankets, spare pillows, hot water bottle meant it felt very cosy (we visited in February), and felt like a home from home!Negatives:- Every night I was woken up by people loudly walking past outside between 12 and 3am (my window overlooked the street). This was several times. But, I guess that's part of being in the centre of everything!
