Amazing place in the heart of Perugia's old town

The property is placed in the old town, you can walk to nearby restaurants, pubs, art galleries, coffe shops and supermarkets. The place is spacious, cozy and cool in the summer with a great value for money! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing stay in the heart of Perugia

We have had an incredible stay in the heart of Perugia. The appartment features everything you need and is perfectly located. The owner was incredibly helpful and we felt so lucky to have been able to stay here!

We really enjoyed our stay there.

The room we stayed in was big enough and was really clean and beautiful. The location is perfect, it‘s located in an artist quarter and it was really close to the city center. Everything you need is in a walkable distance. And the hostess was very nice and friendly.

Lovely and easy stay in a charming room

It was really cute and cozy! The vintage feel is charming. The room and all the shared facilities were very clean and tidy. I had a comfortable very large room with a double bed and separate but private bathroom. The communication with the hostess was exceptionally good. It is also very well located in a nice area of the city center.

It could use a new bigger fan, specially now in July.

Humble yet spacious place to call home in Perugia

Location near all the main squares of Perugia was perfect. It had all the facilities that made for a self-catering holiday in one of Italy's iconic cities. The kitchen was humble but had all you needed. Bedroom spacious and bed comfortable, bathroom a bit cramped but adequate. Our main point of contact (Maha) did all she could to ensure our stay had few if any problems, and helped us a lot. The location near the IV Novembre square and Palazzo Giacomo Matteotti and the escalators at Piazza Italia was special. We were able to get around on foot all the time and one day had a bus trip to Gubbio - very easy to do. All in all a good spot to stay for a few days amongst an eclectic mix of people (proffesionals, university students , artists and musicians ) and observe the locals living life.

Could have done with a TV but not absolutely necessary. Bit noisy at night but the double glazing kept most of it out.

Alright for a short stay but bathroom not clean enough

Good location. Bed comfortable if a bit soft. Well equipped kitchen though I didn’t use it during my short stay. Quick communication from the host.

This is a big one for me: while I understand the dreaded “muffa” (mold/mildew) can be hard to avoid entirely in older buildings, this was not okay. If it had been a longer stay (2 nights) I’d likely have asked for a solution. The shower badly needs a deep clean - it’s just unacceptable even at a lower price point. The heat wasn’t working, which I only learned by asking. A portable heater was brought the next day which worked well. It should have been there at the start though - being November the nights are quite crisp and I spent the first night bundled up in order to sleep. I was the only one there but it’s sort of a shared apartment set up. Fine except my door at least required a good bit of force (and thus noise) to open or lock, which could be quite bothersome to others.

In the middle of Perugia old town narrow streets labyrinth

La Casa De Cassandra is in the old Town Perugia, not completely at the top of the hill but almost ... There is a COOP grocery store, bakeries, bars and restaurants nearby. The flat has a well equipped kitchen and a shared dining room. Each room has a private bathroom with a key. The flat is on the 2nd floor but after walking up and downhill all day it won't be that different. The street can be noisy on the week-end but once the windows were closed, it was all fine for me. Spacious room and comfy bed. Not so much external light as the main window is on a narrow street. Claudia is a welcoming host and will do her upmost to let you have an enjoyable stay. Loved the italian coffe machine If I'll come back to Perugia - definetly check for it !

We really had an amassing stay in la camera do Casa Cassandra! the apartment is situated right by the nicest street in Perugia, and the apartment itself was very cozy!!! we would recommend everybody going to Perugia to stay with Cassandra!

Beautiful place in a perfect location. The rooms are really big and comfortable, also the rest of the aparment is lovely and it´s in a quiet area but close to everything in the old town. Also the people were very friendly and helpful. I would allways come back here.

Perfect stay.

Authentic perugian house, 2nd floor,13 min from Bus Station Partigiani by foot and 5 min from the very center. We booked triple room, got double room + single room (which is better) .Big rooms, good decoration, comfortable beds, quality linen, night lamps. External private bathoom - means 4 meters away from your room - so no problem. Good kitchen and big shared dining room. Very pleasant stay, thank you!!

Sporcizia imperdonabile

Mi è piaciuta la posizione centrale a pochi passi da tutto.

La struttura è sporca, il bagno fetido, pregno di calcare e sporco. L'impianto di areazione non aiuta per nulla il ricambio d'aria, essendo ceco. Il lavandino è otturato e si riempie in circa trenta secondi di lavaggio. Aprire le serrature di stanza e bagno è complesso, sono vecchie e bisogna trovare l'incastro giusto. In stanza, alle pareti abbiamo rilevato ragnatele, il lampadario pieno di polvere e anche le superfici dei mobili. La differenza di temperatura tra la zona cucina, bagno e camera è notevole, in inverno fa un pelo freddo. La cucina dispone di caffettiere vecchie, malfunzionanti e rotte che erogano caffè bruciato, per me una vergogna e una grave mancanza di rispetto proporle ai dei clienti e/o a chiunque, abbiamo dovuto bere il caffè fuori. La struttura odora di chiuso e l'ingresso in bagno andrebbe fatto con il naso tappato, oltre ad essere lontanissimo dalla stanza. Tale aspetto si sapeva, nel senso che dalla descrizione era specificato: "bagno esterno", ma almeno fosse stato pulito.
