Nice clean and spacious room with views east to the mountains and of Assisi. Its location is just on the outskirts of the old town. About a 20 minute walk to Piazza IV Novembre. The host Garibaldi was excellent and very attentive.

Fake flowers everywhere Nowhere to sit comfortably outside. Shade needed for outdoor seating. Too much processed food at breakfast Tidy up communal areas and make them look nicer.
