Very close to the centre just a few meters and you will be in Piazza IV Novembre.
There was a kettle in the common area but they only had tea and no coffee. The stairs to our room were very narrow and winding but the room was fine.

Very good location for the historic centre of Perugia.
It's a beautiful old building but very basic room.Great for a brief,inexpensive stay.

The location was perfect
The entrance to the building’s courtyard was via a gate opening on a corridor with dustbins and rubbish on the floor which gave us a really bad impression. Having reached the entrance to the place via a couple of stone staircases the access to our room was via a narrow stone spiral staircase going to the floor below that made it very difficult to take the suitcases down. My sister’s room (described as king deluxe) was anything like that, as small with the bathroom having a mirror that was positioned for a very very short person so could only see the bust.
