Wielkim atutem tego miejsca jest położenie w historycznym centrum Perugii. Warto więc polecić to miejsce przede wszystkim tym, którzy chcą zwiedzać miasto i chłonąć jego atmosferę. Obiekt jest niewielki i wyposażony tylko w podstawowe udogodnienia, więc należy traktować go jako miejsce noclegowe. Do pokoju dociera niewiele dziennego światła, ale to już wynika ze specyfiki dawnej zabudowy. Łazienka stosunkowo duża, estetyczna i dobrze wyposażona.

Stanza accogliente e pulitissima, ottima posizione in pieno centro. Host molto disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e nel fornire indicazioni utili per muoversi all’interno della città.

Location was quiet and access to the main Parton town was good.
Bathroom was very good.

La ville… Pérouse est magnifique.
La chambre aurait été parfaite si la literie avait été á la hauteur.
Costanza a été aimable, et de bon conseil pour nous indiquer un parking intéressant
La literie : lit du genre trampolino, linge de lit pelucheux et inconfortable, linge de toilette de couleurs douteuses, bref il est regrettable que le propriétaire d’une structure si intéressante soit aussi indifférent au confort élémentaire de ses hôtes.
