Breakfast - very good. Very wide choice, comfortable seating. The hotel offered free shuttle bus to the town centre for concerts (Umbria Jazz). Greatly appreciated

There was some meal of the previous guest left in the fridge in the room. There were not any glass cups in the room, only plastic cups.

we loved the friendly staff. the breakfasts and the dinner at the restaurant were excellent. The pool and lounging area were very comfortable. there were plenty of areas for us to sit and enjoy our wine. would definitely recommend this hotel.

Giò Wine e Jazz Area - very nice hotel

A stylish room with a comfortable bed, a massage chair and a CD player with jazz music. Equipped with air conditioning, safe and small fridge. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast, great wine which could be ordered at the bar by the reception. Large two-level car park. Nice location for hiking in Perugia, but access to the center is uphill :) There is a grocery store and an ice cream shop near the hotel.

It is a pity that after 9:00 the very good local breakfast dishes were not replenished.

Good choice for jazz festival if you don't mind walking uphill a bit.

Breakfast is excellent, pretty versatile. Cakes are tasty, there is some variety of cerials and nuts. Room is good. Not too far from the centre and concerts, although the way to the centre is pretty steep and it was 37 Celsius outside. Pool is nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is abundant.

Quite expensive as everything in Perugia during the festival. They should play more than one jazz video on the TVs in the hallway. So you don't hear the same music all over again.

The room in the Jazz area has been great, very big with special optional: a CD with Jazz Music and the best thing was the massage chair. This is a dream comes true!!

The Breakfast was good, however considering the full booked hotel there was a lot of people in the area with long time to receive the order. But the staff has been very kindly and professional

A bit far from the railway station by a walk, whereas the access is good. I enjoyed basically quiet circumstance.

Not particularly. Tiny thing, an elevator was sometimes crowded. If I can use a stair, it would be helpful.

Hotel Gio Jazz and Wine is a must see destination.

This hotel exceeded our wildest expectations. This was the most lavish and amazing free breakfast we have ever experienced in over 40 years of traveling. We enjoyed the music and jazz theme greatly as my husband and I are both musicians. Every single thing about your hotel from the front desk staff to the coffee bar staff was exceptional. Thank you so much for everything.

Exceptional

One of the best hotels I stayed in Italy. Very spacious rooms, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. I enjoyed the hot tub. Super. I stayed in the JAZZ rooms and there was a small device where you could listen to music. Breakfast was perfect..full of everything..fresh fruits, selection of Italian cheese and meat products and over all..all the sweets were home made. Delicious.

on the whole very pleasant stay we stayed 6 days

the breakfast was amazing .the staff very helpful when we asked for anything and resolved our complaint as soon and as well as the could. the room was large the hotel was lovely with all the themes .

it was though for me with to climb up to the hotel every evening but probably Perugia is hilly . we had issues with the restaurant , the food was good but staff were just rushing around without really catering (30/12) so we said nothing : the next time we went early . we were the first . As the restaurant filled up everyone s food arrived and we were left waiting for a whole hour .HOWever the waiter who did not insert our order came to say sorry and got us some ham next morning we complained and I must say “They took notice and the dinner was not charged for “ when we went again they were super nice . I have to agree with the review that complained of too little choice on the menu and when we asked if they have specials the answer was occasionally. there are not many options of restaurants close by and it’s an effort to get to the centre .
