Very well equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet area yet very close to the centro storico (old town). Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Simply felt like home !!!

Everything was perfect! Marta was incredibly kind and helpful—she guided me to the property via video call all the way from the Minimetrò station, which made the arrival so easy and stress-free. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee outside in the peaceful garden, accompanied by their adorable cats and a rabbit. It’s a lovely touch that makes the stay even more special.

Great location in the old town. The owner and her parents whom we met for the keys are lovely people. Marta the owner is very helpful and nice. The studio is very quiet, located in a patio where we had our breakfast, under the vine. There is a cute and affectionate fluffy rabbit pet in the garden that kept us entertained.

Mooi appartement met leuke tuin dichtbij centrum.

Vriendelijkheid van de eigenaresse, die ook een ontbijt had klaargezet omdat we pas in de avond aankwamen, dus geen boodschappen meer konden doen voor de volgende ochtend. Leuke tuin om in te zitten, en fijne rustige plek niet ver van het centrum. Omdat je niet met de auto tot het appartement mocht komen, bood de eigenaresse aan om ons te helpen met de koffers, wat overigens niet nodig was.

Een papier met wat uitleg van het appartement. We konden de eerste dag niet uitvinden hoe het gas werkte, en ook de wifi code was moeilijk te lezen. Een handleiding met wat informatie (gas, vuilnis, wifi, etc.) zoals we in andere appartementen of hotels vaak aantroffen maakt het wat makkelijker.

Fijn appartementje in de historische binnenstad van Perugia

Goed gelegen vlakbij het busstation Piazza Partigiani, handige uitvalsbasis voor de omgeving (bijv bus naar Assisi). Er is een heerlijk tuintje bij het huis waar we gebruik van mochten maken. Marta is erg vriendelijk en loste onze vragen meteen op. Warm aanbevolen is een bezoek aan het museum Francesco Mortelli, vrijwel om de hoek van de b&b. Geeft geweldig inzicht wat er komt kijken bij het beschilderen en vervaardigen van glas-in-lood ramen.

Fiori, gatti e cortesia: cosa volere di più?

Delizioso B&B ben collegato con il centro storico, grazie alla vicinanza della stazione del Minimetro “Cupa” e dellaa scale mobili. Giardino in questa stagione fiorito e profumato, un angolo oserei dire poetico. E, meraviglia per una gattara come me, due simpatici gattoni che ti danno il buongiorno e un coniglietto ariete che ti saltella incontro tutto contento per farsi salutare. Arricchisce il tutto la simpatia e la disponibilità di Marta. Sono stata benissimo.

Einfach perfekt

Dieses B&B ist ein Juwel. Sehr zentral, aber ruhig und mit Gartenbereich. Es war auch für Frühstück gesorgt, womit ich nicht gerechnet hatte. Marta ist sehr freundlich und hat für mich spontan eine Führung im Kunstmuseum Moretti Caselli organisiert, was ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen kann. Der Hase im Garten ist total süß und zutraulich, auch die wunderschönen Katzen. Es war die beste Unterkunft bei meiner Umbrienreise.

Polecam skorzystać z dodatkowej usługi transferu z/na lotnisko. Zakwaterowanie jest w uroczym miejscu, prawie w samym centrum miasta. Lokalizacja pozwala na bezproblemowe i bezpieczne poznawanie okolicy nawet o północy. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone, są ręczniki, kosmetyki, przybory kuchenne, przyprawy, kawa, herbata, ponadto zawartość lodówki w zupełności wystarczyła na kilka śniadań. Kolejne, warte pochwały udogodnienia, to przewodniki po okolicy, moskitiera i wiatrak na gorące dni oraz koce na chłodniejsze. Podsumowując, jeśli chcesz poczuć miasto i bezproblemowo zwiedzić okolice, zdecydowanie to miejsce jest dla Ciebie. Dziękujemy za gościnę i już poleciliśmy ten nocleg kilku naszym znajomym!
