Recommend it! Excellent location

Excellent location! 2 minutes away from Piazza Partigiani and around 7-8 minutes away from the old town's center. Self check-in option. The host sent me a video showing the easiest way to the room from Piazza Partigiani. Then he sent me the code to open the box and take the key for the room. They gave us the chance to check-in before 3pm (around 13:30). Really powerful hairdryer.

It wasn't warm enough all the time because the heater was working in some periods (room 33). The sensor of the heating panel was showing 29,5° room temperature but it definitely wasn't that much (I think it was no more than 20°).

A great base for a visit to the wonderful historic centre

Excellent communication before our visit followed by continuation of this communication whilst in Perugia. Good tips provided on restaurants too ! Loved the location as it was a short uphill walk into the main centre with the cathedral etc. What made the walk special was that it was through the ancient tunnels ( Rocca) which was fascinating. Then the view from the top of the hill over Umbrian hills was magnificent. Accommodation had all that we needed for a short visit with coffee and tea making facilities. Loved it !

It was very comfortable. At the end of the day you want a comfortable bed and a good cup of coffee in the morning. They were also very responsive to my needs.

Great location to avoid the crowds, rooms are comfortable but not overly so.

No breakfast but there is a coffee shop a few steps away. Room was very functional but not many comforts. Location for the Jazz Fest is great! Just a few steps from the escalator to city center and downhill to the main arena. Few crowds to deal with.

Access to move into is a little challenging. Parking is only in the public parking lot which is not that close when you have luggage.

Great Location, comfortable and good value for money.

Check in and out was simple, instructions sent on WhatsApp by friendly staff. Room was warm and comfortable. Short cut through the wall of the city meant you got into the walled city very quickly. It was good!

The shower cubicle is tiny, I'm not a big person and it is tiny. Not suggested for large people.

Very good

Position was good, proprietor did their best to get us there form the mini metro and it worked. We never saw the proprietor for the 4 nights. They responded to me on WhatsApp when needed and allowed us to book out and hour later.

Was code Red heat wave conditions when we arrived, not a bottle of water for us in the fridge. We had to book someone to refresh our room if we wanted it. No change of linen or towels for the whole stay. No milk available, no top-up of tea or sugar. This seems to be the way we travel now, get used to it.

nice, clean, thoughtful, quirky

lots! this is such a well-cared for, well-maintained, clean, thoughtfully-supplied place. it was very comfortable and so quiet - I had the best, longest nights sleep in a long time. The cold water in the fridge was very welcome, and there was even a first aid kit in the bathroom. the instructions to get in were very simple, and there was a fun video the owners sent through on how to get there. it felt quite “Airbnb” with the personal communication. the location is good as it is just below a ‘secret’ entrance to the main town - go across the road into the doorway with steps inside and follow those up and left. a nice surprise. also really convenient for the bus station.

the hosts offered me the ground floor or the second floor and I chose ground floor as I had a heavyish suitcase. on reflection that wasn’t great for my mood as it was quite dark (ironically one of the things which made it so good for sleeping) and I didn’t want to hang out in the room.

Great value for the location, room is a comfortable size and has all the basics. Spacious bathroom with vanity.

Not having a staff member on site was a little inconvenient. The voice memos relaying the information were a pain. I'd prefer to receive the info in writing, either by text or email.

Excellent experience

Very handy and central room. Great for a city break and visitng the downtown. You manage your stay online. There is a safety box with your room keys at the main door. Assistance from staff via whatsapps was very thorough. Well-run service!
