Enjoyable with excellent dining

Good size bedroom and bathroom. Lift access. We didn't manage to work out the Air-con so opened window but traffic noise! Good breakfast with scrambled eggs on request, though strangely has 2 adjacent rooms and different things available in each room? Good parking. Nice staff. It has a partner restaurant on site, must reserve table. Staff and service excellent (English spoken) and superb food, yet affordable, the kind of fine dining that would need an extra mortgage in the UK!! Would stay here again.

A comfortable and lovely hotel

The staff was lovely and very helpful, and the grounds were beautiful! It was a good price for a very comfortable hotel.

I was in town for a conference in perugia, and though it's not a long drive, with train maintenance works it ended up being a little difficult. Ultimately if you're on holiday and want to stay somewhere comfortable and not restrictive on timing, it's no issue; if you need to get to central Perugia, however, you may have to rely on taxis (it's about a 15 minute drive.)

We had a room to the parking lot. Very silent the whole week. Good breakfast with some tasty cakes. We did not use aircon or heater. Close to the railway station for those with no car.

The shower cabin is a bit small.

Lovely spot near Perugia - ample parking and kind staff

Beautiful oasis near Perugia. Gardens and outdoor space are beautiful. Restaurant onsite was very good and not expensive.

My only complaint was the triple room had uncomfortable beds and the balcony looked out on a glass recycling bin that was very loud.

Clean and comfortable!

The room was very clean and silent, and the bed was fresh and comfortable. As a solo traveler, it was exactly what I needed and just the right size. I couldn't complain about anything!

Parking seemed to be slightly limited, but I arrived in the midst of a wedding, which made it difficult to judge the normal situation. Regardless, this isn't the most important part of the stay and didn't matter much to me.

The continental breakfast consisted mostly in packaged food and the brioche I had was not fresh. The jam in the tarts was too sweet and tasted a bit artificial. I have not tried the savoury food, which they offered to prepare upon request.

Lovely presented from the outside, the hotel is extremely well preserved, with care for the detail in all of the common areas. Very spacious, bright and clean room. Comfortable, good sized bed. Large bathroom. Good sweet breakfast, kindly served from the lovely staff members. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended and excellent value for money!

Everything exceeded our expectations. If we really have to be picky, perhaps we would have appreciated some savoury options included in the breakfast. In fact, savoury options were available at additional cost.

Very good

The hotel is a bit dated but very clean, comfortable beds and good shower, not too far from Perugia and close by the airport. The biggest surprise for us was the restaurant, Ristorante Deco, what a find! Going there we expected to find an almost empty hotel restaurant but it was completely full, the food was delicious, the service excellent - a thoroughly wonderful experience!

The breakfast consisted mostly of pre-packaged cakes and cookies, luckily we were not that hungry after a delicious meal the night before.

Struttura accogliente, stanza di dimensione generosa, silenziosa e pulita. La posizione era ottimale per le mie esigenze. Atmosfera familiare e gradevole.

Unico piccolo difetto, dato che avevo chiesto una soluzione con due letti separati e la mia testiera era troppo vicina alle luce da lettura, che non ho potuto utilizzare. Probabilmente la stanza era progettata per un matrimoniale e dividere i due letti ha creato questo problema.

non è un 4 stelle

La colazione non era da hotel 4 stelle con prodotti tutti confezionati del mulino bianco, i cornetti.......ma!! Arrivando nella sala colazione non si sentiva odore di cornetti infatti erano freddi e non fragranti, poi c'erano delle crostate (sempre confezionate), il cappuccino.....non ho riconoscuto il sapore, il caffè non lo conoscono, il resto.....che ve lo dico a fare, comunque la colazione è da evitare meglio al bar. Stanze comode.
