The team were friendly, the room was comfy, the air conditioning was a god send. Dinner in the evening was really good, on the terrace buzzing with with other diners and the food was really good, simple local fayre done well! Breakfast was simple but great. Parking is really handy if you are in a car and it's only a short drive to Perugia with easy access to a carpark outside the city wall only a short walk from escalators that takes you right up to the main historical, restaurant and shopping area.

Excellent location with a great room — quiet and sunny. Everything clean, perfectly maintained, modern and stylish. View towards hills and towns. Bathroom with a well-proportioned shower. Hosts are very attentive, running a B&B and a good restaurant downstairs.

Really pretty hotel with amazing views. Everyone was lovely, the room was gorgeous and the location was what I needed. I was at the journalism festival in Perugia and wanted to be slightly away from the chaos. Near enough to be easy but far enough to be in the countryside and in peace.
Honestly, nothing could have been better.
