House Volumnia é ubicato in una zona non troppo centrale e vicino alla ferrovia. Occorre avere un' auto per spostarsi a Perugia o a Ponte San Giovanni centro.

Camera bella e pulita ma criticità nel riposo.

L'alloggio è ben organizzato e molto ben tenuto. La camera era grande, pulita, con un bel bagno. Ci sono però delle criticità legati alla posizione dell'edificio e al tipo di materasso.

L'edificio forse in passato potrebbe essere stato la "casa del casellante", data la sua posizione nelle immediatissime vicinanze dei binari ferroviari (3 metri?). Forse servirebbero delle doppie finestre per assicurare un migliore isolamento acustico della camera. I treni infatti passano fino a tarda serata e ricominciano molto presto la mattina, arrecando un oggettivo disturbo acustico (considerata anche la campana del passaggio a livello)! Una seconda segnalazione riguarda il materasso, davvero durissimo, totalmente indeformabile. Per quanto mi riguarda treni + materasso duro = zero riposo e mal di schiena.

Host super gentile e disponibile, la camera è molto grande e anche il bagno è molto spazioso. Tutto tenuto in ordine, i cioccolatini sul comodino sono stati molto apprezzati.

Struttura buona al centro dell'Umbria

Ho scelto questa struttura per la posizione vicina alle principali vie di comunicazioni stradali, ottima per spostarsi in tutta la regione e dintorni. Inoltre è a pochi minuti dal centro di Perugia. Non ho utilizzato gli autobus ma davanti alla struttura c'è anche una fermata di varie linee. A 20 minuti a piedi c'è anche la stazione ferroviaria di Ponte San Giovanni. Vicino alla struttura c'è un bar mentre di fronte è l'ipotesi dei Volumnii che però non ho potuto visitare perché chiuso da qualche settimana per manutenzione. A 500 metri c'è un grosso supermercato Conad, molto comodo. La struttura è accogliente con parcheggio proprio dinanzi all'ingresso. Camera pulita con pulizia giornaliera. Gestori disponibili e cortesi.

La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla ma a ridosso della linea ferroviaria che, fortunatamente, non funziona di notte.

Ottima accoglienza, libertà di movimento, confort e predisposizione per disabili, con parcheggio

Molto gentili e con piccole attenzioni che sono un plus (bottiglietta d'acqua / cioccolatino pronti in camera), a disposizione teiera per the/caffè liofil., ottimo il bagno predisposto per disabili con spazi sufficienti a movimentare carrozzina elettrica. Condizionatore e finestre con buona insonorizzazione. Libertà di rientrare a qualsiasi ora. Fortunatamente non ho visto zanzare anche se mancavano le zanzariere. Anche se non è prevista la colazione, è molto comodo il bar nell'edificio accanto.

In angolo lato ferrovia, conviene essere mattinieri, perchè dopo le 5 riprendono i treni regionali che la percorrono, oppure tener ben chiuse le finestre.

Proximité de l'autoroute et de la ligne de chemin de fer (dans la cour de la maison): dernier train 23h30, premier 6h. Très bruyant. Autres locataires pas forcément préoccupés du confort des autres
