Just Ok. We were expecting something better

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Location is OK. We thought it was in the middle of the nature but it was not so nicely placed. Our room had no window. We thought there was a local homemade breakfast but just two items were so. Nothing memorable.

They are respecting all the new hygiene rules, I was happy about it. The view was really nice, and the silence around helped us to enjoy the time there.

Not very impressed. They brought the breakfast at 22:30 in the room, while we were asleep! That was ridiculous. They did not even tell us that they would have done so. They were surprised we went to bed at 22:00 and woken up at 07:00.. what was the problem?! The noises in the house are extremely loud in the room, so if you are a light sleep, definetely not your best choice. Plus they contacted me on WhatsApp without asking permission.. I don’t find it very kind. I know it’s a easier way to communicate, but should be asked for.

Ambiente totalmente familiare , proprietari cordiali e gentili , ci hanno dato molto suggerimenti per la nostra permanenza a Perugia e dintorni . Stanza pulita , colazione con dolci fatti in casa davvero squisiti .

Se proprio devo trovare un neo negativo è la posizione : risulta un po’ impervia la strada per raggiungere la struttura .

Wunderbare Aussich nach steiler Anfahrt

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Rio Tal nördlich von Perugia. Das Zimmer und auch der Frühstücksraum waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Gleiche gilt für auch für Haus und Garten. Die Steckdosen im Zimmer waren alle für Schukostecker geeignet und man braucht keine Adapter, wie das leider oft in Italien der Fall ist. Die Internetverbindung über WLAN war hervorragend und die Zugangsinformationen per QR-Code perfekt. Informationen zur Anfahrt kamen am Tag Anreise per WhatsApp.

Die Lage ober auf dem Berghang bringt es allerdings mit sich, dass man mit einem Kraftfahrzeug anreisen und eine steile, unbefestigte Straße bewältigen muss. Das gleiche gilt, um die Altstadt von Perugia oder auch nur ein Restaurant zu besuchen. Leider haben wir in unmittelbarer Nähe auch kein Restaurant gefunden. Auf einigen alten Fotos kann man im Frühstücksraum zwei gemütliche Sessel sehen. Leider gab es die nicht mehr und auch im Zimmer waren nur Stühle.

Det ligger vackert en kort sträcka från Perugia centrum. Rummen är välstädade och prydliga. Det är nog nyligen renoverat. Värdarna är hjälpsamma och trevliga. Vi fick flera bra tips.

Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura tranquilla, immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo giardino.

La posizione è panoramica, lontana da strade trafficate, immersa in un contesto paesaggistico naturale. Il giardino, ricco di fiori di ogni specie, completa l’armonia del luogo.

La strada per arrivare è molto accidentata e il fondo della mia macchina ha urtato contro il cemento utilizzato per canalizzare le acque piovane. Fortunatamente non ci sono stati danni al motore.

Personale cortese, buona posizione per visitare Perugia e città vicine, camere vivibili con bagni moderni.

La struttura si trova in cima a una salita molto ripida, sconsiglio a macchine basse o a persone non abili nelle ripartenze in salita, colazione seppur adeguata potrebbe essere migliorabile, non sono mai stati cambiati spontaneamente gli asciugamani.

Come una favola

Esperienza conclusa piacevolmente questa mattina. Struttura pulita e vicinissima al centro di Perugia ma abbastanza distante per trovare pace e tranquillità. Camera grande e bagno altrettanto, letto comodo con presenza di minifrigo e macchina del caffè in camera. Colazione ottima e staff super gentile e accogliente! Consiglio di soggiornare in questo posto da favola, proprio come il nome!

Una notte di puro comfort e beatitudine

Posizionata su una collina coperta di uliveti alle porte di Perugia, la struttura permette di godersi il massimo della tranquillità e del comfort (valigie scaricabili proprio di fronte all'ingresso) a due passi dalla città - Michele vi fornirà tutti i trucchi per parcheggiare alle porte del centro senza spendere un euro! Oltre che una lista di ristoranti per veri local e un bellissimo itinerario ad anello da fare a piedi per non perdere nessuna delle bellezze di Perugia senza mai dover fare dietrofront!
