Overall a good room, perfect if you want to experience Perugia without checking in to a hotel.

The room had everything it needed, and was located centrally, just a short walk from the city centre. The garden was absolutely beautiful as a place to relax inbetween activities.

Under the floor, there is a small room with water in it, as pictured. After closing the apartment for a while, it developed a wet smell. The apartment was overall clean, but could have been cleaner. The towel rack was loose, as well as the shower strip, which affected the total quality impression.

Lovely

It was beautiful and it was cool to see what was below us. The courtyard was really cute, too. The host was very nice and responded quickly whenever I had a question. It was close to a lot of cool Things within walking distance.

It was a little un-nerving having the glass floor (that’s my own anxieties though, nothing against them at all). There was a crack in one of them though.

Damp and humid property with old well not properly sealed

Warning: This property has a old well inside it which creates an incredibly damp and musty environment. The damp is visible on the walls (see pictures). The well has not been sealed correctly and adequate ventilation has not been installed. The smell and humidity of the apartment where such that we left the property and booked a local hotel. I sent the owners of the property our feedback and never heard a word back which has prompted me to leave a review and make clear to others who ars thinking of booking.

Good location, easy to walk into the centre of town. Nice amenities, like a coffee machine.

Perfect apartment, superb location and the most incredible views!

The apartment is perfectly located to see all the sights of the old town with lots of shops, bars and restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean, will all the amenities you could need (including great coffee!). Bed was comfy, bright apartment and the view was absoutely stunning! Easy to gain access and the team were available on whatsapp to help with any questions. I'd highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was clean and technical. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The video instructions that show how to get to the apartment was very helpful. And we could check-in before check-in time

Clean, Tidy, Comfortable & Central. Friendly and helpful host.

Our host was very warm and welcoming and always on hand with local tips. The apartment was easy walking distance to the main square, about ten minutes. Plenty of pans, dishes and cutlery to use. Apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival. Nice view across the city from the apartment.

It was pretty cold when we were in Perugia and the two little radiators struggled to heat the place and to compete with the air vents which let in a lot of cold air. Maybe a portable radiator or fan heater would also be beneficial during colder months. The WiFi kept dropping on and off so we couldn’t connect the TV to the WiFi and stream Netflix so we only had Italian TV the whole time. Good to learn the language at least. The mobile phone key is a nice idea but we were always concerned about running out of battery and therefore losing the ability to open the door.

I´ll be back (I hope)

Everything was easy, communication by text / email very prompt, online check-in with all required documents uploaded (including COVID Greencard). Very comfortable apartment, just sorry we could not enjoy the garden more. Great access into Perugia which is a fantastic little town, and on the bus service we needed to get to our work site on the edge of town. Go and see the "Perugia Underground" tour, the Etruscan well and visit the archaeological museum the Etruscan bronzes and jewellery are amazing.

well equipped apartment in city with great communication from owners but damp when we stayed

clean and excellent communication . having an outside space was nice . kitchen well equipped . bathroom nice and clean

We had too many bags to be carrying up so many narrow and uneven staircases from Carpark . the inside was very damp as built over a well, which you could see through glass floor in the kitchen seating area . a dehumidifier was supplied but still very damp due to structure of space . perhaps better when super hot outside . also fuse box was off wall mount so needs repair , but sure this will be done .

Small cute room with issues

The location is nice, and the way the staff contact you via waht's up is great.

Sadly our room smelled of smoke and the shower drain did not work. We only stayed one night so it was not a big deal, and the staff volunteered to send somebody right away.

Wonderful place

Great location that oozes history. There are even some archeological artifacts visible through the glass floor in the living room! Breakfast in the garden, under the grapevines provides a uniquely beautiful start of the day.

Minor inconvenience was that the shower had little pressure due to a crack in the showerhead and the basin drained poorly.
