ロケーション、駅から近くて便利。ベッドの数がたくさんあり、バスルームも広くて清潔で快適だった。
住所が大きな建物群を示していて、その中のどこに向かえば良いのかはっきりしないから電話で行き方を尋ねたのに、google mapを見ろと言われただけだった。わかりにくい場所だった。
スタッフが部屋で鍵を渡すために待っていたが、他の仕事があると非常に急いでいて、説明も適当だった。
ベッドルームが2部屋ある部屋を予約していたが、そのうちの1部屋はひどい匂いがしていて、スタッフも理由はわからないがひどい匂いだと認めていた。結局その部屋は使えなかったのに補償もなかった。
