Nice place, but needs some maintenance.

The location is very close to the entrance of the old city which is about 12 minutes by foot. Another great thing was the private parking garage which can easily fit an SUV and is about a 4 minute walk from the house.

The bathroom faucets both need to be cleaned as there seems to be some mineral build up on both of them which is causing the water to not flow in a steady and stable direction. The lamp above the mirror in one of the bathrooms does not work and the sink in one of the bathrooms does not drain well, at all. I would advise only using on of the showers as there is no place to put the shower handle aside from the floor of the shower. It seems like the wall placement for this shower handle has been broken for a while.

Great location, good for a short stay

Great location for the centre and the arena. Suited what we needed, which was a one night stay to see a concert. Good price for jazz festival season.

Overall a nice apartment with good features.

Large property (2 bedroom (1 double bed/ 1 single bed) & 2 bathroom with 2 showers). Full kitchen available and nIce to have washing machine to use. Very good map and some suggested restaurants/ sites professionally provided by host. Host communicated well and was responsive to questions. Host sent self check-in information including a video about orientation to the apartment. Location was pretty good (15-20 min walk to the touristic area of old town).

Wifi was spotty at best and did not work at all in bedrooms. We had to request the login information to use wifi ( not provided with other information) NO hot water for showers - lukewarm at best. Bedsheets were terrible - like cardboard & extremely scratchy so had to sleep fully covered.

Fabulous

the apartment was just amazing. Best shower I’ve used in Europe, waterfall shower. The flat is very clean. The host went over and beyond to accommodate me and make me happy.

The only thing i would say is the bathroom doesn’t have a towel rack or hook to hang the towels. Apart from that the apartment is fabulous and the host very very sweet and accommodating.

Lovely haven, perfect location to explore medieval Perugia

Great location a little hard to find sat nav brings you to front of Gallery House and is a one way system so after walking and finding property managed to get to it and it was a relief that there is parking outside the top apartment. Make sure to check out how to get to the centre as once you find the escalators it is really easy to navigate. The apartment has everything you need and it is so well designed. Really lovely haven in a great location to explore Perugia.

Instructions on how to get to the apartment on one way system would have been really helpful, also instructions on how to use the air con and washing machine. Host did not always reply to messages directly from us but worked out well in the end. My partner and I are tall so if you are tall and staying in bottom apartment mind your head in the morning as the mezzanine bedroom is lovely but ceiling very low. It is not an accessible location or house for anyone with a disability or if you are not able to do a lot of walking.

Main picture shown on Booking does not match the actual flat we had. But it was fine. Instructions for getting into the flat did not really work. The "press the red button" instruction is not accurately described. One thinks it is visible from the outside, whilst you need to find it by trial an error, on the inside of the gate. A picture should help.

Lovely apartment

Great location for getting quickly into the centre but quiet at night. Lovely apartment. Very stylish. Nicely furnished with plenty of space for belongings. Coffee and tea facilities excellent! Nice to have a kitchen and be able to cook and then eat at a table.

The bedroom ceiling - even at 161cm high I had to bed down and kept banging my head. Washing machine info would have been helpful and no sponge with which to wash up but very minor comments. We were very comfortable.

Great location, comfortable apartment

The location is great, just a ten minute walk from the center. The apartment has most things you need especially for a longer stay and is very comfortable. The separate areas allow you also to work-big imbedded desk- if need be. There’s plenty of space to do different things, so you feel at home.Also, the staff and Chiara were very friendly and helpful.

Very bad and also expensive

The bathroom coincides with the shower. Above the bed there is a very low cieling and it is unconfortable to get in and out of the bed which is also very hard with a very thin matrass. Was difficult to find the apartment and the help of the locator was minimal only by phone and WhatsApp. The price was high.

A unique idea to introduce contemporary art in real life setting - real paintings decorated the apartment, which is a special treat! Self-check in is easy once you find out how to do it, you will recieve a video explaining everything. Very good location, we chose it to be super close to Umbria Jazz festival venue. Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, lots of storage space, dishwasher, washing machine, huge TV, one in each room - kitchen cabinette is very handy, a pity we only stayed one night :-).

It's a bit tricky to unload the car if you have several luggages because not easy to park the car near the entrance but it is possible to manage, and host is very helpful guiding you if you're having difficulties.

Soggiorno piacevole per due persone in un appartamento moderno, ben fornito e artistico

L'alloggio è posizionato a 15/20 minuti dal centro di Perugia, rendendolo facilmente raggiungibile a piedi Il fatto di avere due possibili posti auto (garage e area davanti al garage) lo rende perfetto anche per più di due persone. L'appartemento è tenuto benissimo e ha tutti i confort per poter trascorrere tranquillamente più di una notte al suo interno.
