Nice, comfortable and quiet place.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is small but comfortable. Perfect for a short stay. You can walk to the centre of the old town easily.

Overall very nice stay!!

The property is a simple and quaint family-run hotel. Very personable hosts made for a pleasant stay. Location is great and walking distance to historic center. Safe neighborhood. They also provide a parking pass for parking nearby. Pretty and well-maintained outdoor terrace for guests to use for breakfast or other. Coffee and croissant breakfast may be ordered the day before for a few euros.

A pleasant stay in a quiet room.

Within walking distance of anything of note in Perugia. The terrace is a pleasant place to enjoy the very basic breakfast. With the sheets closed the room is nice and dark with only the TV sleep light for distraction.

No option for a more substantial breakfast. I goes it’s a problem in pretty much all of Perugia, but parking options are pretty limited with nothing at the property (it’s up a narrow little alley).

Perfect budget stay near the center

The property was perfectly located within 10 minutes of the historic center by foot. The rooms are a decent size with amazing views of the valley (especially if you snag the terrace room!). The staff is so sweet and super helpful with any questions you might have about Perugia.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear most noises from your neighbors especially early in the morning. You’ll also notice bugs in the bathroom if you leave the window open.

A cozy hotel located in a quiet corner of the city. Room was comfortable and clean. Great breakfast option of coffee and pastry. The standout were the staff, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Location perfect. The accommodation for parking also very convenient. Also very flexible. We could keep our parking spot after checkout! The staff very friendly and accommodating. I needed major help and they came through.

Good room except for the bed.

It was a clean little room, furnishings were fine, staff was helpful. Good location, close enough to downtown but tucked in a quiet spot.

The bed in my room was very uncomfortable, springs dug into my body. Hardly slept that night.

The location and the staff are worth it

The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The room was very affordable and, while a bit dated, was very comfortable.

The shower is tiny and the toilet it pushed right against the wall. If you're a larger gentleman like me it can be a bit tight.

mattress was saggy and had springs I could feel. to the hotel’s credit, they changed the mattress. still-could use a complete makeover of the mattresses. good sheets and towels.

Exceptional

The accommodation was great, for breakfast you could buy a croissant and a hot drink for €3. But it is necessary to say a day in advance. If a normal classic breakfast was also an option, then the hotel has nothing to complain about. The location of the hotel is approx. 5 minutes from the historic center. You can park on the street below the hotel or a little further. There is a cafe opposite the hotel. Food is also a piece. The hotel staff was simply amazing. Dear people.

Maybe it's just that the hotel is older and the overall design of the rooms is the same. A slightly bigger bathroom would be great.

It is outside the busy part of the town. It is charming oldy building, with a very kind receptionist.

The wall between the room is rather thin, and I could somehow hear the shower and the conversation of the next room.

A modest, friendly hotel in an ideal location for exploring Perugia.

The room had an amazing view and a terrace. There were also facilities to make a hot drink in the room. The coffee and pastries for the breakfast were excellent. The staff were attentive and helped us with any questions we had. It was in a quiet location within easy walking distance of the interesting town centre. We liked it so much we went back for a further night prior to our flight home from Perugia. It was possible to use public transport to get to the airport.
