No breakfast but mostly no staff! While they were very responsive by whatsapp, it would have been much nicer to have a staff person and it seemed cheap for such a nice little boutique hotel.

So glad we chose to stay at Times Suites for a few nights. Excellent location and standard!

Self Check-in was very smooth. Very clean and beautiful room, bathroom and lobby area. We really enjoyed our stay here and we did not want to leave. The Lobby area was very spacious with many seats, very comfortable. Best location in Perugia. The fridge was filled with delicious yoghurts and juices that were included in the room. You can also leave the baggage in a locker free of charge. Flexible, available and friendly host promptly answered all questions via WhatsApp.

Nothing apart from the stairs leading up to the second floor, for those with mobility problems, it can be a challenge but there were rooms on the first floor as well.

Convenient. Recommended when visiting but nothing special.

Central location. No parking in the property but near by, you can try to find temporary parking to drop the luggage (5 min walk - uphill but doable). Large bed. Nice room.

It feels more an Airbnb type of property. The shower head needs to be repaired. The shower head of the ceiling almost feels like is going to fall on you plus the water goes a little bit everywhere. We needed an iron board and iron and the property did not have one, but later on they decided to provide one (we appreciated as we had a wedding to attend next day) so thank you for making the effort. Please keep the iron for other travellers. There is a bar but we did not see it open so we thought the space could have been used different.

We loved it!

The location was perfect for us! minutes from the station. The hotel itself was cool and vibey. We also loved the luggage storage facilities, which came in handy during our stay. The hotel was mostly unmanned, but getting help via text was a breeze.

Not too much of a negative, but it would have been great if the bar was open when we stayed.

Great Times In Perugia

Upmarket, modern comfortable and spacious with the medieval feel. Nice bathroom with all the features. Nice Nespresso coffee machine, fridge with a few drinks & yoghurt. Easy access and great location.

poor communication upon check in. location was the pits in terms of managing car and luggage. maybe good for singles or couples, but with a family, there is no easy way to drop bags without a steep climb and sketchy parking options.

Mysterious check in (but nice hotel)

The very impersonal and mysterious (in my case) check in procedure. We checked in online as required but didn’t receive the entry code until the next day and minutes before check in (my friends received it immediately after doing their check in). They told we were upgraded to a larger room but the room was smallish so I dread to think how small the standard rooms are.

Lovely stay in a perfect spot

The room was really nice, clean and with a lovely modern design. The bathrooms are fantastic and the bed was really comfortable. The location is fantastic and right next to one of the coolest wine bars in Perugia and some other great spots.

Perfect place to stay

Perfectly placed as right in the old town. Good size room with everything you need including a mini bar to keep your drinks cold. The hosts were amazing! The man that met us was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for where to eat which we used. Go to La Taverna if you have the chance for a standout meal for just over 100 euros for two people. Due to illness we had to change plans and were able to stay an extra night which we were most grateful for. Everything is a 5 to 10 minute walk including some of the best views I have ever seen.

For us the bed was too firm. We appreciate that others may not think so. It was the firmest out of all the places we stayed on this trip though.

Staff was very helpful from the very beginning of our stay sending us all the information and answering our questions. Localization couldn’t be any better, we stayed in the heart of the old city. Perugia is underrated and is the best place to plan other destinations like Assisi or Florence (only 2h away). Highly recommended!

The hotel was quite surprising old on the outside and modern inside we liked it a lot. The location was great in the middle of town so we were able to walk everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit.

The room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was great, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfast was very good. Nice to have a bar facility set on the edge of a historic street.

Grear value for money, with amazing central location and helpfull staff. Would highly recommend. We loved the decor of the place too. Keep in mind it's public parking only (5mins away) but we had no problem in finding one.

Great hotel in a gorgeous city for a quick trip

The hotel is perfectly located in Perugia, just a short walk from all the lovely restaurants, bars and a bit of shopping! The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful! Communicating via WhatsApp and taking care of our restaurant bookings and getting recommendations for our stay was super convenient. They were always super fast to respond!

The one thing that wasn’t great, was the air-conditioning. The room was a bit too warm and the aircon couldn’t keep up with the heat, but the staff provided us with a fan which helped.

A most enjoyable stay and experience.

The staff were excellent - friendly, most helpful and accommodating of needs. Very good customer service. In particular, Elena who was on breakfast duties was most pleasant, efficient and extremely attentive to me and other customers. Also Sharon one of the co-hosts was excellent in anticipating things that might be helpful to know (not just sights but in general) to make one’s stay easier and more enjoyable; and responsive to questions seeking help. It was great to have landed in the middle of the annual Umbrian jazz festival. The Times Suites are well located to explore all the Centro Storico area.

Every thing was fine. If coming by train (as I did), it would be helpful to advise customers in advance of the Mini-Metro facility which is a rail facility connecting the Perugia railway station (at the bottom of the high hill) to the Centro Storico area near the top of the hill). This facility is very efficient, effective and cheap.

Great location and very comfortable place to enjoy the best of Perugia.

The service. Even before we arrived the staff were in contact to make our arrival smooth. The room and the attention to details were impeccable. Also, fantastic location.

There was a slight hiccup with our left luggage but the problem was resolved very quickly. So no complaints.

Very clean and cool room (a/c was very good) nice king size firm bed and bed linen is very comfortable. It's all good both breakfast selection and cheerful helping staff!!

Great urban hotel in Perugia

Located super comfortable - 7-8 mins by foot to main piazza, very quiet inside the rooms, modern design together with characteristic elements. All facilities in the room - minibar with cheeps and drinks included, bluetooth music connection, very soft bed, super clean, very good cosmetics, sofa, very beautiful design, fast wi-fi. Breakfast in the lobby was very nice in italian style - a lot of pastischerie, cakes, also proposed tosts, yogurts, cheese, salumi. unlimited coffee in the lobby and water. Very friendly staff, made us check in 3 hours earlier.

Missed parking but not critically because in surroundings a lot of public parkings and spots to leave car. No lifts, but staff offered support in any case. In generall really good option of urban hotel, we would highly recommend.
