Wonderful place on the outskirts.

Breakfast was provided at the bakery/bar about 100m away and was excellent. Room was big and comfortable and very new. We had a view towards the city and we were will located to exit City easily by car to explore the area. The owner was great and very helpful. We loved our stay in Perugia.

The location was at least an hour walk uphill to the historic centre and 20 min to the station but great if you had a car as there was onsite parking.

Excellent stay in Perugia

Room as described, very comfortable and clean, with little balcony overlooking to old city of Perugia. Staff very helpful, gave us detailed instruction how to best reach and explore the city center. They also provided us help in searching for a place for dinner, since it was Saturday night and it was not easy to make a reservation. Finally they suggested and made a reservation for us in MangaFuoco, that is away form the historical canter but it was excellent food & service for reasonable price, and we liked it because there was a feeling of local not touristic atmosphere.

The breakfast is served at near pasticceria, was good but maybe not so convinient as if it would be at the B&B facilities.

I really enjoyed myself once I figure out how to get around reasonably.

The breakfast, at a local cafe, was very nice. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The location is not ideal as it is a bit out of the way. You need to figure out public transportation (or pay for taxis). There is a Bus # 3 that goes uptown and then the MiniMetro which is a 20 min. walk away but then takes you right into the old town centre. But that stops at 9pm/

Excellent!

We appreciated the cleanliness and the comfort of the room and the entire structure, the cosyness and the kindness of the owner and the stuff (they provided to us hot water for our one year old childl's formula). Excellent breakfast with genuine cakes and cornetti and a true Italian cappuccino. Silent location, near a supermarket and a Chicco store, not too far from the center of the city by car. We recommend it and for sure we will choose it in the future! Not to forget: parking included.

Superb

It's a beautiful place to stay if you're travelling by car. My wife and I were very warmly welcomed when arrived. Room was new, clean, comfortable. Fast wi-fi. Tasty breakfast. And if you want to have dinner - there's a nice local restaurant just 10 mins away by foot. Grazie mille per un'ottima esperienza!

Stanza molto bella, pulita e silenziosa. Stefano e Luca sono persone meravigliose, accoglienti e molto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La posizione è molto comoda alle vie di comunicazione e contestualmente al centro di Perugia

Chi ci ha accolto, sapendo del nostro brevissimo tempo di soggiorno, ha provveduto a darci delle indicazioni essenziali (su una piantina stampata apposta per noi !) per vedere alcune cose della città, consigliandoci benissimo percorsi e locali. La pulizia è esemplare, anche nell'area colazione. La stanza è grande, il bagno addirittura di categoria superiore.

In realtà mi è piaciuto tutto. E' un po' decentrato, ma è semplice raggiungere in auto un grande parcheggio comunale e da lì iniziare la visita alla città.

La camera da letto e il bagno ben curato. Era tutto profumato! Il letto molto comodo, e il servizio colazione completo

Ho trovato solo un pochino alto il prezzo che ho pagato per il soggiorno del cane di 3 kg. Anche se in stanza vengono fornite ciotole pulite e una cuccetta.

Soggiorno strategico per visitare l'Umbria

Siamo stati in questo B.B a Perugia dove siamo stati accolti meravigliosamente da Luca e Stefano chi ci hanno ospitato come fossimo a casa nostra, gentilissimi, pulitissimo, colazione eccezionale inoltre ci hanno indicato dei posti da visitare che non avevamo messo nel nostro programma, consigliamo vivamente se qualcuno vuole fare tappa a Perugia di soggiornare in questo posto, inviamo un cordiale saluto a Luca e Stefano per averci trattato come persone di famiglia, e se un giorno ritorneremo in zona sicuramente soggiorneremo da loro.

B&B splendido. Più unico che raro!

Curato nei minimi dettagli e con gusto. Pulizia a dir poco impeccabile in ogni punto della struttura sia fuori che dentro la camera. Stanza molto bella e curata con letto comodissimo. Bagno spazioso, molto pulito e con grande doccia dotata di cromoterapia. I proprietari, Stefano e Luca, sono persone squisite, alla mano, accoglienti, gentili e preparate. Supportano il cliente dando suggerimenti e dritte su come spostarsi in città. Sono inoltre sempre a disposizione per informazioni di vario genere. La struttura accetta i cani e anche la loro accoglienza non è per nulla lasciata al caso. B&B davvero più unico che raro. Non esagero nel dire che si fa fatica a trovare dei difetti.

B&b molto carino, pulitissimo e in posizione strategica. Gli host sono 2 persone cordiali e molto disponibili, con un riguardo speciale ai nostri amici a 4 zampe. Un grazie particolare a Stefano per gli ottimi consigli sui ristoranti e cose da vedere a Perugia.
